What it is
Planet Alcatraz 2 is a tactical role-playing game from 1C Company, released for Windows in 2015. It follows Sergeant Hartman, leader of the Ghoul strike unit, who was missing after an attack during the unit's insertion to the prison planet Alcatraz. Hartman becomes the sequel's main hero. Two gameplay modes are available. Goblin mode begins with Hartman as a seasoned soldier with nearly maxed combat skills, emphasizing the story. Regular RPG mode offers a more classic role-playing structure. Random encounters and improved enemy AI add variation during play. Steam lists single-player, Trading Cards, Steam Cloud, and Family Sharing. Fulqrum Publishing is the publisher. The Steam release supports Windows and, at that release, only Russian language was supported.
