What it is
Prey: Typhon Hunter is an online hide-and-seek multiplayer mode included with Prey: Mooncrash. One player takes the role of Morgan Yu while five others play shape-shifting Mimics, hiding among ordinary objects and hunting the survivor. The mode is listed with multiplayer, PvP and online PvP support. The update also includes TranStar VR, a single-player, VR-only campaign in which players take the roles of TranStar employees, complete objectives and solve puzzles on Talos I shortly before the events of Prey. Prey: Typhon Hunter requires the full Prey game. Its Steam features include Achievements, tracked controller support, VR support, partial controller support and Family Sharing. The listed platform is Windows. The two modes offer different play styles: a competitive hunt online or a solo VR campaign focused on objectives and puzzles.
