What it is

Sine Mora is a horizontal shoot’em up from Digital Reality, released in 2012. Time is central to its challenge: time-extension mechanics and other time-manipulating devices shape play across seven stages. Its Story Mode presents an over-the-top narrative and is tailored to welcome newcomers, while Arcade Mode offers multiple difficulty levels, deep scoring and a hidden ranking system for players seeking a tougher challenge. More than 50 weapon combinations let players approach each stage in different ways, with difficulty scaling to player skill. The soundtrack was composed by Akira Yamaoka, and the boss designs are by Mahiro Maeda. On Steam, Sine Mora is a single-player action and indie game with achievements, full controller support, Steam Cloud, leaderboards, Remote Play on TV and Family Sharing. The Steam release is for Windows; listed platforms also include PlayStation Vita, Tomahawk F1 and PlayStation 3.
