Reid must seek a cure as a doctor, while also feeding to survive as a vampire. Combat pits him against vampire hunters, undead skals and other supernatural creatures, and supernatural abilities can be used to fight and manipulate others. Citizens have interconnected lives, and decisions about whom to target affect London’s fate. The game’s central conflict is between helping people as a doctor and preying on them to sustain yourself.
