What it is

Candor Mod Manager is a free, lightweight tool for setting up and installing mods for almost any game. It does not require installation and runs on Windows, macOS and Linux. For each game, users choose the executable and mods folder, then add downloaded mods and copy them into that folder. A setup option can always extract ZIP archives before installation. Afterward, the game can be launched from Candor’s Game menu. Some games need a separate module, with a Sims 4 module given as an example. The product page marks Candor as in development. Downloads are ZIP files listed at 46 MB for Windows, 45 MB for macOS and 50 MB for Linux. The maker says the macOS and Linux builds may not work correctly because they cannot be tested. The manager is free, with optional contributions.
