SplitCam Multistream

What it is

SplitCam Multistream sends one live stream from your device to multiple platforms at the same time, using an encoder-based workflow. It lists more than 84 preconfigured destinations and supports custom RTMP or RTMPS destinations. Streams go from your machine directly to each platform’s ingest endpoint, without a cloud middleman, and you can set bitrate, resolution, and framerate separately for each destination. A built-in Upload Speed Test checks whether your connection can handle the selected bitrates. SplitCam tries to reconnect to a destination that drops while other destinations continue streaming. The maker says up to eight destinations work comfortably; higher counts depend on CPU/GPU capacity and upload bandwidth. You need upload capacity for the combined stream bitrates, plus about a 20% safety margin. The tool also includes scenes and sources, a virtual camera, AI background removal, effects, and an audio mixer. It is free, supports up to 4K, and is available for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Its studio is not browser-based.

Who it suits

It suits streamers who want to send one feed to several platforms and configure each destination separately. Mobile builds also support multistreaming, RTMP, vertical and horizontal canvases, and in-app multi-platform chat.

SplitCam Multistream offers encoder-based multistreaming with destination-level controls and built-in studio tools. Check your upload capacity and note that the studio is not browser-based.
