如果你只是想玩 Roblox，安裝的是 Roblox Player，不是 Roblox Studio。最簡單的方法是使用 Chrome、Edge、Firefox 或 Safari 開啟 Roblox 官方網站，登入後開啟任意體驗，按下綠色 Play／播放 按鈕，再依提示安裝並啟動 Roblox。
以下系統與步驟以 Roblox 官方資料截至 2026 年 8 月 18 日的要求為準。
先確認你要安裝哪個 Roblox
- Roblox Player：用來遊玩其他玩家製作的遊戲或體驗，一般玩家只需要它。
- Roblox Studio：用來建立、編輯及發布 Roblox 遊戲，並非遊玩所必需。可從 Roblox Studio 官方設定頁免費下載。
Player 和 Studio 都可免費安裝，但 Robux、會員及遊戲內購買是另外的項目，並不是安裝前提。

安裝前的系統要求
Roblox 官方目前支援：
- Windows：64 位元 Windows 10 或 Windows 11。
- Mac：macOS 10.13 High Sierra 或更新版本；Apple Silicon／M1 Mac 亦可使用。
- ChromeOS：ChromeOS 53 或更新版本，且必須先啟用 Google Play 商店。
- Linux：官方不支援。
官方參考要求包括支援 DirectX 10 或更高 Feature Level、約 1.6 GHz 或更快的處理器、Windows 至少 1 GB 記憶體，以及約 300 MB 可用儲存空間。家庭單人使用時，官方建議至少 4–8 Mbps 網路。這些是參考或最低要求，不代表每個大型體驗都能以高畫質或高幀率執行；遊戲複雜度、顯示卡驅動、解析度、背景程式及延遲都會影響表現。詳見 Roblox 電腦硬體與作業系統要求。

Windows 安裝 Roblox Player
- 使用 Chrome、Microsoft Edge 或 Firefox 開啟 roblox.com。
- 登入 Roblox 帳戶；沒有帳戶則先註冊。
- 開啟任意體驗頁面，按下綠色 Play 按鈕。
- 瀏覽器出現 Roblox Player 安裝提示時，確認下載或執行安裝程式。
- 等待安裝完成，然後回到體驗頁面再次按下 Play。
- 若瀏覽器詢問要使用哪個程式開啟 Roblox，選擇 Roblox；可勾選記住選擇。
遊戲成功進入載入畫面，便代表 Player 已正確安裝。
從 Microsoft Store 安裝
Windows 也可以開啟 Microsoft Store，搜尋目前官方建議的新應用程式名稱 Roblox – Windows。新版通常使用藍色圖示；舊版可能只顯示為 Roblox，並使用淺灰色圖示。請避免只依照搜尋結果中模糊的「Roblox」名稱判斷版本。
安裝新版後，用原本的 Roblox 使用者名稱和密碼登入。帳戶、好友、Robux、進度及庫存物品與 Roblox 帳戶綁定，不會因為更換 Windows 應用程式而消失，前提是登入正確的帳戶。Roblox 官方表示新版應用程式在穩定性方面有所改善；這是官方產品說明，不是獨立測試結果。確認新版能正常登入及遊玩後，再考慮移除舊版。

Mac 安裝 Roblox Player
- 使用 Chrome、Firefox 或 Safari 開啟 Roblox 官方網站並登入。
- 開啟任意體驗，按下綠色 Play 按鈕。
- 依畫面提示下載及安裝 Roblox Player。
- 安裝後再次按下 Play。
- 若 macOS 詢問要用哪個應用程式開啟
roblox-player連結，選擇 Roblox。
你也可以從「應用程式」資料夾或 Dock 直接啟動 Roblox。若 Safari 沒有反應，官方建議改用 Firefox 或 Google Chrome 測試。
Firefox 沒有自動關聯 Roblox
在 Firefox 的開啟提示中選擇始終使用該應用程式開啟 roblox-player 連結，然後按「選擇應用程式」。按下 Command + Shift + G 開啟路徑輸入框，輸入：
/Applications/Roblox.app/Contents/MacOS/Roblox.app選取 Roblox.app 並按「開啟連結」。完成關聯後，從 Roblox 網站按 Play 通常即可啟動遊戲。

安裝 Roblox Studio 的方法
如果你的目標是製作遊戲，請使用 Roblox Studio 官方設定頁，下載適用於 Windows 或 Mac 的 Studio 安裝程式，再依畫面指示完成安裝。Studio 的要求高於 Player：官方列出的最低配置包括 Windows 10、macOS 10.14 及 3 GB RAM；建議使用 Windows 11、macOS 14 或更新版本、8 GB RAM，以及 1600×900 或更高解析度。

一直回到「安裝 Roblox」
- 關閉 Roblox、瀏覽器及其他不必要的程式。
- 重新啟動電腦。
- 清除瀏覽器的暫存 Internet 檔案及 Cookie。
- 檢查防火牆或防毒軟體是否阻擋 Roblox。
- 重新從官方網站按 Play 安裝。
這類安裝循環可能由殘留程式、損壞的暫存檔、被安全軟體攔截或 Roblox 檔案損壞造成。可參考 Roblox 桌面版一般問題。
Windows 應用程式已安裝，但遊戲沒有開啟
先重新啟動電腦並安裝所有 Windows 更新，接著確認 Windows Defender 或第三方防毒軟體沒有隔離 Roblox。仍無法啟動時，可在 Microsoft Store 版本與 Roblox 官方網站觸發的桌面版本之間切換測試。Roblox 官方針對「Failed to Load Library」也建議在兩種版本間改裝測試，詳見其錯誤說明。

Windows N／KN 出現 MFPlat.dll 錯誤
Windows N 或 KN 版本可能缺少媒體元件。先確認 Windows 版本，再從 Microsoft 官方渠道安裝適用版本的 Media Feature Pack。不要從不明 DLL 網站單獨下載 MFPlat.dll。
防毒軟體或防火牆攔截
Windows 上的 Roblox 檔案通常位於：
C:Users你的Windows用户名AppDataLocalRoblox先確認安全軟體的警告是否為誤報，再透過該軟體的允許清單或例外設定放行 Roblox，不建議永久關閉防毒保護。Roblox 官方提到連線可能涉及 UDP 49152–65535 連接埠；一般家庭網路通常不需要手動設定，但學校、公司或其他受限網路應交由網路管理員處理，不要自行開放整段連接埠範圍。參考第三方應用程式、防毒軟體及連線限制說明。

Mac 安裝後仍無法啟動
- 重新啟動 Mac。
- 從 Dock 或「應用程式」資料夾直接開啟 Roblox。
- 確認 macOS 為 10.13 或更新版本。
- 改用 Chrome 或 Firefox 從 Roblox 網站按 Play。
- 卸載後重新安裝。
進階排查時，可先退出 Roblox，再處理官方指出的日誌資料夾：

~/Library/Logs/Roblox/刪除日誌可能有助於重新產生問題記錄；若要刪除設定檔，請注意這可能重置本機偏好設定。更多步驟見 Roblox Mac 故障排查。
何時需要卸載並重新安裝
普通重新安裝通常會覆蓋損壞檔案，不一定要先卸載。若問題持續，依以下順序處理：
- 卸載 Roblox。
- 重新啟動電腦。
- 清除瀏覽器暫存檔及 Cookie。
- 從 roblox.com 開啟體驗並按 Play 重新安裝。
- 檢查防火牆、防毒軟體及受限網路設定。
Roblox 官方的重新安裝說明同樣建議卸載後先重新啟動，再安裝最新版本。
