The toys are spread across the main island, a catwalk, and two outlying locations reached by boat; use the landmark checklist below to find each one.
Where to find all six plushies on Terminus
The collection order is not specified as mandatory. Check off each toy as you find it; several locations require leaving the main island by boat. This route follows the landmarks in S.E. Doster’s GameSpot walkthrough.

- Unicorn — Control Center: Just outside the spawn area, look inside a locker in the Control Center.
- Monkey — catwalk to Sea Tower: Cross Engineering toward Pack-a-Punch. On the metal catwalk, check the corner just outside the walkway.
- Teddy bear — Bio Lab: Look underneath a medical-station table between the crafting table and the armor vest Wall Buy.
- Elephant — Mining Tunnel: On the side of the tunnel with the PhD Flopper machine, check to the left of the Gobblegum machine.
- Duck — Shipwreck: Take a boat to the Shipwreck point of interest and search the trash-filled dumpster on the deck.
- Giraffe — Crab Island: Dock by the crafting table, continue straight to a portable light, and look beside it.
How to activate Mega-Stuffy
Once you have interacted with all six toys, return to the main island and enter the Living Quarters room with the Juggernog machine and bunk beds. Interact with a plushie on a bunk. The toys fly up and merge into Mega-Stuffy. Game8 also identifies the Living Quarters as the activation area and mentions the Monkey on the bottom bunk near the stairs, but the detailed walkthrough’s instruction is simply to interact with a plushie on a bed.
What Mega-Stuffy does—and its limit
Mega-Stuffy is a flying companion that helps attack enemies and can revive a downed player. It takes damage, however, and may not survive higher rounds. Treat it as useful support, not a permanent or invulnerable teammate; no specific duration or number of revives is established by the available walkthrough.
