Confirm the platform and the missing unlock
The game’s official FAQ says STAR WARS: Galactic Racer supports PlayStation trophies and Xbox and Steam achievements. These are separate platform systems, so check the list for the platform where you played. A missing notification is not necessarily a missing unlock. Open the platform’s trophy or achievement list and look for the specific item before troubleshooting further.
Check that you met the exact requirement
Review the description for the particular trophy or achievement and verify every stated condition. A requirement may specify an event, mode, difficulty, sequence, or completion state; general progress alone may not satisfy it. Bethesda’s general PlayStation guidance likewise advises checking what must be accomplished. Do not assume a condition based on a similarly named trophy or on progress in another mode. Allow for a delay and check the right list
Bethesda Support notes that network or connection issues may delay a PlayStation trophy’s appearance. If your connection was interrupted or unstable when you completed the requirement, give the service a little time, then check the trophy list again. This is general PlayStation guidance, not confirmation of a known Galactic Racer synchronization problem.
Refresh your PlayStation sign-in
If the requirement is definitely complete and the trophy still does not appear, Bethesda’s general PlayStation troubleshooting sequence is to sign out of PSN, restart the console, and sign back in from the main screen. This is not a Galactic Racer-specific fix, and it does not guarantee that a trophy will unlock.

- Sign out of your PlayStation Network account.
- Reboot the console.
- Sign back in to PSN from the main screen.
- Check the trophy list. If refreshing did not resolve the issue and you are certain the condition was met, retry the requirement, as Bethesda Support advises.
Check PlayStation trophies on PC

When you contact support, include details that help identify the specific case:
- Your platform and, if visible, the game version.
- The exact trophy or achievement name.
- When and in which mode you completed the requirement.
- The account or platform service you used.
- What you checked or tried, including any sign-out, reboot, or retry.
The official sources reviewed do not establish individual Galactic Racer trophy conditions, a confirmed title-specific unlock defect, or an equivalent Xbox- or Steam-specific recovery sequence. For those platforms, check the relevant achievement list and use the game’s support route if the unlock remains absent.
