Open the current Amazon game offer and follow the claim method shown there. Depending on the game, you may receive a storefront code, connect your Amazon and game accounts, or claim or play it through the Amazon Games app. Don’t assume every offer uses the same launcher—or look for a code if the offer uses account linking.
Start with the game’s current Amazon offer

Sign in to the Amazon account eligible for the offer, then open that game’s current offer page. Amazon’s gaming offers may appear under Amazon Luna branding, while help pages may still use the Prime Gaming name; use the live offer rather than relying on a fixed menu path.

Select Claim and read the instructions that appear. Amazon describes several possible methods: claim a code to redeem through a storefront, link your Prime Gaming account to a game or launcher account, or use the Amazon Games app. The offer page determines which applies to that game. Before linking or entering a code, check that the storefront account shown is the one where you want the game to remain. A claim generally goes to the account used in that redemption flow.

Redeem an Epic Games Store offer
If the offer asks you to link accounts
Connect the Amazon account eligible for Prime Gaming to the Epic account you intend to use. Epic says linking enables access to Prime Gaming offers and the ability to claim content. If the connection fails, use Epic’s account-linking support rather than trying an unofficial workaround.
If Amazon provides an Epic code

Sign in to the intended Epic account in the Epic Games Launcher or on the Epic Games Store website.

Enter the code using Epic’s redemption flow and follow the confirmation prompts. Epic’s instructions are available at Epic’s code-redemption support page.

After successful redemption, look for the game in the Epic Games Launcher Library. Epic says redeemed games become available there.

Redeem a GOG code
Use the GOG account that should own the game. GOG’s Support Center search guidance describes redeeming through GOG GALAXY’s + Add games & Friends menu by choosing Redeem GOG code. Menu labels can change, so check GOG Support if the wording or location differs. Enter the code through GOG, not Epic or the Amazon Games app.
Other launchers and claim methods
Amazon lists GOG, Epic, Legacy Games, and the Amazon Games app among possible destinations. That does not mean every game is offered on each platform. For Legacy Games or another destination, use the instructions on that game’s Amazon offer page; the method and post-claim location depend on the specific offer. For Amazon Games claims, check the app or the official help instructions linked from Amazon’s offer.

If claiming does not work

No code appears: The offer may use account linking or the Amazon Games app instead. Reopen the offer instructions rather than searching for a code.

The game went to the wrong account: Confirm which storefront account is signed in before redeeming. Epic’s code instructions specifically require signing into the intended Epic account first.
