To review Prime Gaming rewards you have claimed, sign in to the Amazon account you used and open Prime Gaming’s My Collection. It is Amazon’s main place to check collected-content history, claim codes and delivery status. Expiration dates are offer-specific: the official guidance does not establish one expiry screen or rule that applies to every reward, so check the offer terms and the redemption instructions for the platform receiving it.
Check your claim history in My Collection
- Sign in to the Amazon account used to claim the reward.
- Open Prime Gaming and use the profile or menu to go to My Collection.
- Find the reward and review its available history and delivery status. Open the entry to see any available claim code or destination information.
Amazon describes My Collection as a way to check the order history, claim codes and delivery status of collected content. Its Help page also says the collection can show delivery status and destination for each claimed game or offer: Amazon Help: What is My Collection? Amazon’s announcement describes the feature similarly: About Amazon: Prime Gaming.

Find claimed PC games in the Amazon Games app
If the reward was a PC game, open the Amazon Games app and select Library. Amazon says claimed games appear under Ready to Install. This view is useful for checking whether a game is available to install; use My Collection for the broader claim history, codes and delivery status. For a missing game, Amazon recommends closing and reopening the app, then checking again. Amazon Help: Amazon Games app Library.
How to check a reward’s expiration date
Do not assume the date you claimed an item is its expiration date. Check the individual offer details and campaign terms, then read the redemption instructions for the destination platform or service. Some rewards are codes redeemed elsewhere, and their applicable deadline may be described in the offer or by the destination rather than in a universal My Collection expiry field.

Amazon’s official Prime Gaming materials document claim codes and delivery status, but do not confirm that every reward displays an expiration date in My Collection. The same caution applies to Amazon Data Portability: its documentation describes an eventDate for digital software and video-game entitlement records, and a redemptionExpirationDate for certain digital software subscriptions. It does not establish that all Prime Gaming promotional claims appear in those records, so a data export should not be treated as a complete reward history or expiry report unless the relevant record is present. If a reward is pending, undelivered or missing
Pending or undelivered content

A PC game is missing from the app
Close and reopen the Amazon Games app, then check Library again. If the reward is still absent or its delivery status is unclear, check the relevant My Collection entry and Amazon’s support guidance: Prime Gaming Help.
