For the original Game Boy Advance games, no: Pokémon migrated from Pokémon FireRed or Pokémon LeafGreen to Pokémon Platinum through Pal Park are removed from the GBA cartridge and cannot be sent back. The Nintendo Switch rereleases are a separate case: Nintendo confirms that they will support transfers to Pokémon HOME, but its FAQ does not establish whether those Pokémon can return to the Switch games.
Original GBA games: Pal Park migration is one-way
Nintendo’s Pokémon Platinum instruction booklet is explicit: “Once migrated, Pokémon will never be able to go back to their original GBA Pokémon series Game Pak.” That applies to the documented migration from FireRed and LeafGreen, as well as Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. It is a migration into a Nintendo DS game, not a reversible trade.
How the original transfer worked
The procedure required a Nintendo DS system with a GBA Game Pak slot, a compatible GBA game, and Pokémon Platinum. After meeting the National Pokédex requirement, the player selected “Migrate From” on the Platinum start menu, then caught the migrated Pokémon in Pal Park. The manual’s limit was six Pokémon per GBA Game Pak per 24 hours. Pokémon holding Mail or knowing a hidden move could not be migrated.
Switch rereleases: HOME returnability is not confirmed
Nintendo’s Switch rerelease FAQ says players will be able to transfer Pokémon from FireRed and LeafGreen to Pokémon HOME. That confirms an outbound route, but the FAQ does not say whether a Pokémon sent to HOME can be moved back into either Switch rerelease. The original GBA-to-Pal Park rule does not answer that separate question.

Because the return rule is not specified in that FAQ, do not assume a transfer can be undone. Before confirming a HOME transfer, check the current instructions and confirmation prompt for the exact Switch game and service.
How this differs from Bank-to-HOME transfers and local trades
Pokémon Bank to Pokémon HOME
Nintendo states that a Pokémon moved from Pokémon Bank to HOME cannot return to Bank or be used with Nintendo 3DS titles. Nintendo also says a HOME Premium Plan is required for that move; Bank is free for existing users, but Bank and Poké Transporter are no longer available to download. These rules describe the Bank-to-HOME leg and do not establish the Switch rereleases’ return rules. See Nintendo’s Bank-to-HOME transfer guidance and Pokémon Bank service update.

Local trades in the Switch rereleases
Nintendo’s FAQ says the Switch versions support local Wireless Club trading through built-in local wireless, while online play is unsupported. These are in-game trades between players, not a way to reverse a Pal Park migration or establish what happens after a HOME transfer.
