First identify where the failure happens: missing objects, a whole-game crash, or a save/upload/publish error. HoYoverse’s guidance supports several checks for loading and performance problems, but does not document one universal fix for Miliastra Wonderland publishing failures.
Start by identifying the failure
Use the symptom to choose the relevant checks rather than treating every problem as a publishing error.
- Objects are missing or do not work inside a stage: Try the object-loading steps below.
- The game crashes, lags, or freezes while entering or editing: Follow the general performance checks, and check the PC requirements if you are using creator tools.
- A stage fails while saving, uploading, or publishing: Record the exact error and where it occurs. The official guidance described here does not provide a universal publishing repair.
- A published stage loads but tasks seem absent or cannot be finalized: Check the Wonderland Task settings; these control task behavior, not whether publication succeeded.
If stage objects do not load correctly
HoYoverse’s general object-loading advice is to restart the game first. If the problem remains, teleport to another map and return. If objects still fail to load, try another device. These are reasonable first checks for a Miliastra stage, but they are not a guaranteed stage-specific fix. See HoYoverse’s object-loading troubleshooting steps.
- Restart Genshin Impact and check the stage again.
- If the issue continues, teleport to another map, then return to the stage.
- If possible, test on another device to help determine whether the problem is device-specific.
If entering or editing causes a crash, lag, or freeze
HoYoverse’s performance guidance addresses general Genshin Impact problems, not Miliastra publication errors specifically. Try its applicable checks in order:

- Reduce the game’s graphics settings and close unnecessary background applications.
- Fully close the game, wait five minutes, then restart it.
- Verify the game-file integrity using the game’s launcher or client option.
- On PC, update the graphics driver. If the problem persists, HoYoverse also advises trying a clean driver reinstall.
- If the crash, lag, or freeze continues, contact HoYoverse support with the diagnostic details requested in its performance troubleshooting guidance.
The five-minute wait is part of HoYoverse’s general performance advice; it is not a Miliastra-specific repair interval.
Check the PC requirements for creator tools
The Stage Editor and Miliastra Sandbox are PC-only. HoYoverse’s minimum specifications, published November 11, 2025, are:

HoYoverse warns that systems below these minimums may experience performance issues, instability, or crashes. Meeting the requirements does not establish that a particular stage or publishing error will be fixed; a hardware upgrade is not a remedy for an account, server, network, or publication-specific error. Check creator notices and task settings
Look for editor updates and load indicators
Open My Miliastra Wonderland > Notices for current creator and sandbox notices. Version Luna VI update notes describe an indicator beneath the furnishing icon that appears when an area’s load reaches a certain threshold. Editor behavior and notices can change with game versions, so check the notices available in your client. See the Version Luna VI Update Details.

Distinguish task settings from publication
If the stage is published but a task entrance is missing or task progress cannot be finalized during a room party, review the Wonderland Task global settings. The official guide describes separate controls for whether a task entrance appears during gameplay and whether progress can be finalized while playing in a room party. These settings affect task visibility and result finalization; they do not confirm or repair a failed stage upload. See the Miliastra Wonderland General Guide.

The official guidance does not establish a universal fix for a Miliastra save, upload, or publication failure. Avoid assuming that general object-loading or graphics steps will resolve it. Gather details that can distinguish the failure and help support investigate:

- The exact error message, copied as shown
- Your platform and game version
- Your server
- Whether the failure occurs while saving, uploading, publishing, or entering the stage
Check My Miliastra Wonderland > Notices for current creator updates, then contact HoYoverse support with those details if the error persists. Do not delete local project files or change network or security settings as a supposed confirmed fix unless support provides instructions for your specific error.
