Check the order and tracking details, document what happened, and contact the seller through the official order page. Pokémon Center, TCGplayer, and Pokémon Support have different rules, so use the route that matches where you bought the cards and whether the problem is a delivery issue, shipping damage, or a manufacturing defect.
First, check the order and preserve your evidence
- Open your order record and confirm the shipping address, tracking number, estimated delivery date, and whether the order has more than one parcel.
- If only some items are missing, check order history for a partial cancellation or separate tracking numbers. For Pokémon Center orders, a promotional gift may depend on meeting eligibility requirements and keeping it in the cart through checkout.
- Save the order confirmation, tracking page, delivery photo if available, packing slip, shipping label, and messages with the seller. Photograph the package and its contents clearly. Keep original packaging until support says it is no longer needed.
- Contact the retailer’s official support channel or message the seller through the marketplace order record. Include the order number, delivery status and date, what is missing or damaged, and the evidence you have. Keep the conversation in the platform’s documented thread.
For a parcel visibly damaged in transit, follow the seller’s instructions before opening or returning it. TCGplayer specifically tells buyers not to open a shipping-damaged package before contacting the seller.
If tracking says delivered but you do not have the package
Check the tracking page for a delivery photo or attempted-delivery notice. Look around alternate drop-off spots, shared mail areas, and the building office; ask household members, neighbors, or building staff. Contact the local carrier if useful, then report the issue through the retailer or marketplace that took the order.
Pokémon Center
Pokémon Center advises checking the tracking details, alternate delivery locations, neighbors, and the building office. Contact its support team if the parcel remains missing. Its guidance does not specify a fixed waiting period after a delivered scan. Pokémon Center package guidance.

TCGplayer
TCGplayer asks buyers to allow 36 hours after a delivered scan, since a carrier may scan a parcel before it physically arrives. After that, message the seller promptly from Order History. If the seller has not replied within two business days, contact TCGplayer Customer Service; the seller may need to open a carrier case. TCGplayer missing-package guidance.

Pokémon Center delivery delays
For tracking that has not updated, Pokémon Center publishes these contact thresholds, which vary by destination and service. The support page was updated August 14, 2026; check the current page before relying on a deadline. Pokémon Center cautions that a parcel may still arrive before the threshold.

If Pokémon Center receives a parcel returned because of an address issue, it says a refund is generally processed 5–10 business days after receipt. It cannot replace returned items, including those that are out of stock; after correcting the address, you may need to place a new order. Pokémon Center package guidance.

Check the estimated delivery date and tracking status. If the parcel is marked “Out for Delivery,” TCGplayer recommends contacting the local post office; for other statuses, message the seller from Order History. Its missing-package guidance gives a four-business-day threshold before contacting the seller for certain domestic tracked parcels with no acceptance scan. If the seller has not replied within two business days, contact TCGplayer Customer Service. TCGplayer missing-package guidance.
For a refund claim, TCGplayer says to contact the seller after the estimated delivery date and no later than 30 calendar days after that date. The seller has two business days to respond; then you can escalate to TCGplayer Customer Service. If you report the issue on the estimated delivery date or during the next two business days, the seller may ask you to wait until the estimated date plus two business days. After that grace period, its policy says the seller must refund a package that has not arrived. A report made more than two business days after the estimated date is expected to be refunded immediately. If the parcel arrived but cards or other items are missing
For Pokémon Center orders, first check for canceled items, multiple tracking numbers, or a gift-with-purchase requirement that was not met. Large or multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels. If those checks do not explain the missing contents, contact Pokémon Center support with one clear photo showing the received contents and the packing slip or shipping label legibly. For a TCGplayer order with missing singles, contact the seller through the order page. Its policy lists singles missing from a package as an exception to the general rule that singles returns are not accepted. Report it promptly and within the policy’s 30-day limit. If cards or packaging arrived damaged
Pokémon Center purchases
For non-final-sale items bought directly from Pokémon Center, its current policy permits a refund return within 30 days after delivery for damaged or defective items; it does not offer exchanges. Damage to the outer box or wrap alone may not qualify because the packaging is intended to protect the product and package wear is considered normal. Final-sale items cannot be refunded solely because the box or wrap is damaged. Pokémon Center damage and return policy.

When reporting shipping damage, provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, along with the requested order documentation. Pokémon Center missing-items guidance.
TCGplayer orders
For a parcel visibly damaged during shipping, TCGplayer’s instruction is: “If you receive an order that is damaged during shipping, please do not open the package and contact the seller as soon as possible.” Its policy says the seller should refund when the package is returned. If you open it first, the seller may choose to refund only the damaged products; opened sealed products are not eligible for refund under this policy. TCGplayer refund and return policy.
For singles, ordinary returns are generally not accepted, but the policy lists exceptions when a card is in a different condition than ordered, the wrong card, set, or printing was sent, or singles are missing. Contact the seller promptly and within the stated 30-day limit. Use the order’s documented message thread so the marketplace can review the exchange if escalation is needed.

If a card appears to have a manufacturing defect
A card that is bent, creased, cut incorrectly, or otherwise defective as made may be a manufacturing issue rather than shipping damage. Pokémon Support’s exchange process applies to eligible Pokémon TCG products bought through third-party retailers; PokémonCenter.com purchases must go to Pokémon Center instead.
Pokémon Support says it assists only with products released within the past year and requires all requested details within 10 business days of purchase. Prepare the store receipt showing store name and payment information, the original package UPC, photos of the defective cards and opened contents laid out, and an explanation. Pokémon Support exchanges whole booster packs rather than individual cards: more than half the cards in the pack must be affected, and minor scratches or printing defects do not qualify. Where to escalate
Start with the seller or retailer named on the order, not a general Pokémon manufacturing-support route for a shipping claim. For marketplace purchases, use the marketplace order page and its stated escalation process if the seller misses the response window or the issue remains unresolved. TCGplayer directs buyers to Customer Service after two business days without a seller reply. Its Safeguard page primarily describes seller protection for eligible tracked transactions and is not a promise that every buyer claim will be paid automatically; follow the buyer refund procedure instead.
