Newsletter signup does not guarantee selection, and the company does not publish its selection criteria. Search your spam and blocked-sender lists, check Gmail’s Promotions tab, and allowlist [email protected]. Don’t sign up repeatedly or switch email addresses: that won’t improve your odds and may void an invitation.
First, distinguish a missing message from not being selected
Pokémon Center’s current Invite Only FAQ says that selected customers receive an email containing a unique purchase link. Customers who are not selected do not receive an invitation, and meeting the program’s criteria does not guarantee selection. The selection criteria are not disclosed. As of the FAQ published October 6, 2026, customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom are eligible to be selected. Pokémon Center: Invite Only FAQ
That means mailbox troubleshooting can uncover an invitation that was filtered, but it cannot establish that you were selected if no message appears.
Check your inbox and sender settings
- Search your inbox for “Invite Only” and “Pokémon Center,” then check spam or junk mail.
- If you use Gmail, check the Promotions tab as well.
- Check whether
[email protected]is on your blocked-senders list. - Add
[email protected]to your contacts and your email provider’s safe-sender list so future messages are less likely to be filtered.

Review your Pokémon.com marketing preference
If Pokémon Center emails have stopped arriving generally, sign in to your Pokémon.com account, open Profile Overview, find Marketing Preference, and toggle the marketing communications option off and then on. This can address a preference setting; it does not make you eligible for an invitation that has already been sent or guarantee selection for a future one. Don’t create extra subscriptions or change email addresses
Multiple newsletter subscriptions or different email addresses do not increase the likelihood of selection and may result in an invitation being voided. Pokémon Center’s FAQ states: “Creating multiple subscriptions or using different email addresses does not increase the likelihood of receiving an invitation to participate in the Invite Only program.” Invite Only FAQ

If the invitation arrives, use its email address
You do not need an existing Pokémon Center account to receive an invitation. To check out, however, you must use an account with the same email address to which the invitation was sent. The link is unique, non-transferable, and single-use; it may be disabled if Pokémon Center suspects misuse or a policy violation. Follow the expiration date in the email. An invitation does not reserve stock, so eligible items may sell out before it expires.
Pokémon Center recommends opening the link, shopping, and checking out in one browser on one device. Using multiple browsers or devices may interfere with completing an order. Invite Only FAQ

Contact support for an unresolved account or delivery issue
For Pokémon Center customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, support lists chat as available 24/7 and accepts email tickets. The stated typical email response time is 24 hours, though high volumes can cause delays; phone support is not available. You can ask about an account or delivery issue, but Pokémon Center’s published guidance does not confirm that support can verify whether you were selected, resend an invitation, or recover an expired link. The virtual queue controls access to the website; it is not the Invite Only email system. Pokémon Center’s queue guidance says to keep the queue window open and not refresh it or use multiple tabs or workarounds. Joining the queue does not guarantee product availability. An order-confirmation email is also different from an invitation. Advice about order-confirmation delays does not establish how long an Invite Only email should take to arrive.
