GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE has a practical pity system: eligible rate-up draws earn Gold Mileage Tickets, and 200 tickets can be exchanged for the featured or selected Nikke. Gold Mileage carries over after a banner ends, so it is a persistent exchange currency—not a failed-pull counter that resets with each banner. The odds and which characters can be recruited depend on the specific banner.
How NIKKE pity works
On eligible Special Recruit and Limited Select Recruit banners, each draw awards one Gold Mileage Ticket. Once you have 200, you can exchange them for that banner’s featured Nikke or your selected Limited Select target. Unused Gold Mileage remains available after the banner closes, according to the September 17, 2026 update notice.
This is different from a conventional pity counter that tracks unsuccessful pulls toward a guaranteed result. The practical guarantee is an exchange: save Gold Mileage from eligible draws and spend 200 tickets on the target offered by the banner. Because tickets persist, you can save them rather than spend them before a banner ends.
Gold Mileage and Silver Mileage are not interchangeable
The ticket type depends on where you recruit. The recruitment FAQ describes one mileage ticket per eligible draw: Gold for Special or rate-up recruitment that accepts Advanced Recruit Vouchers, and Silver for Ordinary Recruit. They have different uses.

| Recruit type | Mileage earned | What mileage can do |
|---|---|---|
| Special Recruit or eligible rate-up draw | Gold Mileage Ticket per eligible draw, as described in the recruitment FAQ and current update notices | Exchange 200 for the featured or selected Nikke offered by the relevant banner. Gold tickets carry over after a banner ends. |
| Ordinary Recruit | Silver Mileage Ticket per draw, according to the recruitment FAQ | Exchange Silver Mileage for Spare Bodies; it is not the direct 200-ticket featured-character exchange described for Gold Mileage. |
Check the banner’s displayed rules before spending tickets or vouchers: not every recruitment type awards the same mileage, and Silver and Gold serve different purposes.
Recruitment odds depend on the banner
For the Special Recruit banners listed in the September 17, 2026 update, the stated rates are 4% for an SSR and 2% for the featured Nikke. The update gives the same 4% total SSR and 2% selected-unit rates for each available Limited Select target. These are banner-specific published odds, not a universal rate for every recruitment option.
A recruitment FAQ reports general Ordinary Recruit and pickup-banner rates of 4% SSR, 43% SR, and 53% R, with a 2% pickup-unit chance in the applicable pickup case. It also notes exceptions for Tutorial and Social Points banners and describes further SSR groupings. Do not apply that breakdown to a different banner without checking its own rate table.
Before recruiting, open the banner’s in-game rate details. Treat that display as the final reference for the current odds and eligible pool; rates and character availability are not necessarily the same across banner types.

The September 17, 2026 update describes a Limited Select Recruit where you choose one Nikke from a fixed list to be the featured target. The selected character has a 2% chance per draw, within a 4% total SSR rate. The other listed choices do not appear in that banner while unselected, and you can change your selection. Eligible draws award Gold Mileage, and 200 tickets can be exchanged for the selected unit.
The announced selection window runs through October 8, 2026, at 4:59:59 UTC+9. The six choices listed in the notice are:

Ordinary Recruit, Wishlist, and Silver Mileage
Ordinary Recruit earns Silver Mileage, which the community recruitment overview says can be exchanged for Spare Bodies rather than a new character directly. The same overview describes a Wishlist that unlocks after 40 Ordinary Recruit draws: it has 20 slots, with five slots per manufacturer grouping, and constrains SSR outcomes to listed units only after every slot is filled.

- Most anticipated Weiss Set!
- Each booster box is guaranteed factory sealed
- 12 booster pack in each box!
These Wishlist details come from a community wiki rather than an official rate table, and eligibility or implementation can change. Confirm the current Wishlist rules in the live client. Ordinary Recruit’s Silver Mileage should also not be confused with the Gold exchange for a Special Recruit’s current featured character.

Do featured characters join the standard pool afterward?
There is no single post-banner rule for every event character. In its September 17, 2026 notice, NIKKE said the two named Special Recruit characters would enter Ordinary Recruit, Social Point Recruit, and Molds after their banners, subject to stated exclusions. The notice separately says the listed Limited Select characters will not enter those pools or the Mileage Shop.
That distinction matters if you are deciding whether to recruit now or wait: an announced future addition to ordinary pools applies only to the characters and conditions named in the notice. It does not mean every featured or limited Nikke becomes permanently available through standard recruitment or a later ticket exchange. Check the specific banner notice for the character you want.
How to choose where to recruit
- Want a currently featured or selected Nikke: check its banner’s rate details and whether it awards Gold Mileage. The 200-ticket exchange applies to eligible banners offering that target.
- Want to build toward a Spare Body: Ordinary Recruit earns Silver Mileage, which has a different exchange use.
- Considering a target after its banner: look for an explicit post-event pool announcement for that character; do not assume all event units enter Ordinary Recruit or the Mileage Shop.
- Comparing odds: use the live banner’s rate table rather than carrying rates from another banner type over to it.
Recruitment FAQs say most pickup banners last two weeks and some special event banners may run up to three weeks, but exact availability is set by each banner’s dates. The September 17 Limited Select window, for example, has its own stated end time rather than a general duration rule.
