For recurring Wi-Fi drops, METRIA also lists platform-specific network privacy settings to try. Check that your device meets the game’s recommendations; if the issue continues, contact support through the in-app form with details about your device, network, and when the problem occurs.
I can’t play the game normally. What should I do?
METRIA’s official Bugs and Troubleshooting FAQ recommends clearing the app cache when the game does not work normally. After clearing it, game data will be downloaded again when you log in, so use Wi-Fi if practical. Restart your device as part of the troubleshooting process, particularly if METRIA will not start or you are having a login or startup problem.
These are troubleshooting steps, not a guarantee: the FAQ does not identify one cause for every crash or lag problem. If the issue remains, contact support using the “Questions or problems with login/startup” category on METRIA’s contact form.
My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. What should I do?
Restart your device first. If Wi-Fi still drops while playing, METRIA’s FAQ gives the following platform-specific instructions. The labels and layout may differ by device. The publisher cautions that changing device settings is your responsibility; these steps are guidance for this connection symptom, not a general security recommendation.

On iPhone or iPad
- Open the device’s Wi-Fi settings and select the connected network (SSID).
- Turn off “Private Address” for that network.
On Android
- Open the settings for the connected Wi-Fi network.
- Go to Advanced > Privacy.
- Select “Use device MAC.”
If you are reporting the problem, note whether it happens on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or both, and whether restarting changed anything. That comparison can help describe the symptom; it is not listed as a required support-form field.
Check whether your device meets METRIA’s recommendations
METRIA’s FAQ lists the following mobile requirements. Meeting them does not guarantee smooth performance on every device, and the publisher says resolution can affect memory needs. Its FAQ also warns that performance and availability are not guaranteed on devices below the recommendations, devices no longer supported by their manufacturers or retailers, rooted devices, virtual machines or emulators, and devices using a VPN. Requirements may change, so check the live official FAQ for the current list.

If METRIA will not update
If the store displays “Open” but no update option, METRIA’s FAQ suggests refreshing the store listing through these platform-specific steps. These address a store update that is not appearing; they do not establish that installing an update will resolve a particular crash.
On iOS
- Restart the device.
- Open the App Store account page and pull down to refresh.
- Check “Upcoming Automatic Updates.”
On Android
- Restart the device.
- Open Google Play Store app settings and clear that store app’s cache and data.
- Check for METRIA again.
Contact METRIA support if the problem persists
If you can log in, use the email form inside METRIA so support can investigate character data. The contact page asks for your username and optionally your user ID, country and incident date/time, device name or model, how often the problem occurs, connection method, and OS version. Include when the issue began and whether it reproduces on Wi-Fi versus mobile data or after a restart; those details can make your report more useful.

An official news update dated 2024-10-29 reported sudden crashes and freezes as confirmed bugs on some platforms and said the team would investigate. That notice is historical and does not establish that the bugs remain open or that there is a widespread problem now. Check current official news or ask support before treating a device-specific failure as a current outage.
