Sometimes—but mainly if the Ubisoft games you want are currently in Ubisoft+ Classics and you’ll also use enough of Game Pass Ultimate’s other benefits to justify its monthly price. In the US Xbox listings checked October 7, 2026, Ultimate costs $22.99 per month and includes Ubisoft+ Classics. Premium costs $14.99 per month and does not include it; PC Game Pass costs $13.99 per month and also does not include it. PC Game Pass and Ultimate members may separately access select Ubisoft Connect titles on Windows through the Xbox app, but that is not the same as a Ubisoft+ Classics subscription.
What Ubisoft access does Xbox Game Pass include?
There are two distinct routes, and neither means that every Ubisoft game is included.
- Ubisoft+ Classics: Included with Game Pass Ultimate. Xbox describes the selection as 50+ games, but that collection-size figure does not confirm that any particular title is available now. The plan comparison says Ubisoft+ Classics is not included with Premium or PC Game Pass. Xbox Game Pass plans.
- Select Ubisoft Connect titles on Windows: PC Game Pass and Ultimate members can access select Ubisoft Connect titles through the Xbox app on Windows. This is a separate benefit from Ubisoft+ Classics and applies only to select titles. Xbox Game Pass catalog.
Xbox’s availability notice says, “Game titles, number, features, and availability vary over time, by region, XBOX Game Pass plan, and platform.” Check the live catalog for your region, plan, and device before subscribing; check again before relying on continued access to a game.
How the plans compare for Ubisoft players
| Plan | US listed monthly price | Ubisoft-related access verified on Xbox pages | Who it may suit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ultimate | $22.99/month | Ubisoft+ Classics; select Ubisoft Connect titles on Windows via the Xbox app | Players who want games currently in the Classics selection and will use other Ultimate benefits, too. |
| Premium | $14.99/month | Ubisoft+ Classics is not included | Players who want Premium’s broader Game Pass offering but do not need the Classics inclusion. |
| PC Game Pass | $13.99/month | Select Ubisoft Connect titles on Windows via the Xbox app; Ubisoft+ Classics is not included | PC-only players whose specific wanted titles are among those select games. |
These are recurring prices on the US Xbox listings reviewed October 7, 2026, not global prices or a guarantee of future pricing. Promotions may appear separately. Ultimate’s US listing says the subscription renews automatically unless canceled through the Microsoft account. Check your local Xbox store for current price, terms, and availability. When Ultimate is worth it—and when it isn’t
Ultimate is more compelling if
- The games you plan to play are presently available through Ubisoft+ Classics in your region and on your platform.
- You expect to play enough of them during the subscription period to make the $22.99 US monthly price worthwhile compared with the alternatives you would otherwise pay for.
- You also value other Ultimate benefits, so the Ubisoft inclusion is part of a bundle you will actually use.
Look elsewhere if
- You mainly want Ubisoft+ Classics but do not want Ultimate’s higher monthly price or will not use its other benefits.
- You are considering Premium or PC Game Pass specifically for Ubisoft+ Classics: neither plan includes it.
- You play on Windows and your desired game may be available through the separate select Ubisoft Connect access. Verify the exact title rather than assuming all Ubisoft games are covered.
- You want lasting access to a game. Game Pass catalog access is not ownership, and availability can change.
Check the value for your own game list
- Write down the Ubisoft games you expect to play during the next month. Avoid counting titles you are only vaguely interested in.
- Check each title in the live Xbox catalog for your region, platform, and plan. For Windows, distinguish a title available through select Ubisoft Connect access from one included in Ubisoft+ Classics.
- Compare the total alternative cost—what you would otherwise spend to buy or subscribe for those games—with the relevant Game Pass plan’s recurring monthly price.
- Count other Game Pass benefits only if you will use them. The stated size of a library does not establish that its games matter to you.
- Decide based on the period you’ll actually play. If you only need a short stretch of access, account for recurring billing and cancel through your Microsoft account if you no longer want the subscription.
There is no universal break-even point: the answer depends on your game list, platform, region, play time, and what you would otherwise pay. The live catalog is the final check, not a promise that a title will remain available.
