WORK WORK WORK is an announced pixel-art puzzle adventure from Mojiken and Toge Productions. You play as a worker at Triquetra Company, a productivity-obsessed workplace whose routines and instructions conceal a mystery about work, life, and death. A Prologue demo was reported for October 8, 2026, but the official Steam listing reviewed here does not confirm that date or explain exactly how the Prologue relates to the full game.

What is WORK WORK WORK?

The official Steam listing describes WORK WORK WORK as a retro pixel-art adventure in which players experience “the surreal cycle of work, life, and death.” The game combines point-and-click exploration, puzzles, clue gathering, mystery, and ARG elements. Its setting is the Triquetra Company, a tech firm that presents productivity as its highest priority.

The premise is framed through the company’s fictional corporate voice. Workers are told to follow instructions, devote their lives to work, obey the Three Directors, and complete assignments. The advertised workplace includes connected office rooms, coffee, puzzles, and recurring 15-minute work blocks. That upbeat productivity language grows increasingly unsettling, with the company’s presentation ultimately pointing toward a search for escape. These details describe the game’s announced framing, not a report of completed gameplay.

What do you do in the game?

The announced loop centers on exploring the company, solving puzzles, and collecting clues and information to investigate what is happening. The central mystery connects the workplace’s routines to the broader theme of a cycle involving work, life, and death. The official materials establish those broad elements, but do not provide a complete account of the plot or specific puzzle mechanics.

How does the Prologue fit in?

The clearest official development-history detail concerns TEST TEST TEST. In a Steam Community announcement, the team described it as an experimental prototype and said the project had progressed into a full game. That establishes a prototype-before-full-game sequence; it does not establish that TEST TEST TEST is the upcoming Prologue.

A secondary report said Mojiken Studio and Toge Productions announced a Steam Prologue demo for October 8, 2026, and characterized it as introducing puzzle-adventure and mystery elements. The official Steam listing reviewed for this article still shows the full game as unavailable, with its release date listed as “To be announced,” and does not confirm the Prologue date. Nor does it specify the Prologue’s story scope, how much of the full game it contains, or whether progress carries over. Treat the reported date as unconfirmed by that official listing.

What is confirmed about release and access?

The official Steam page identifies the game as single-player, invites visitors to wishlist it, and lists no confirmed release date for the full game. It does not establish a price, multiple editions, or any relationship between Prologue saves and the full release. For the latest availability information, check the Steam listing.
