How do you start Trail’s End?
- Purchase Shakra’s wares and maps at the locations where she appears, then speak with her again. Game8 says this triggers the event that makes the Wish available (Game8’s Trail’s End guide, updated October 3, 2025).
- Go to Bellhart and accept Trail’s End from the Wishboard.
If the Wish does not appear, revisit Shakra’s locations and check that you have bought her available wares. GameXplore reports that some players also needed one or two melodies associated with Pharloom’s Crown, but the guides do not establish that as a universal requirement; treat it as a possible progression check, not a guaranteed prerequisite.
Where is Shakra in Bilewater?
Shakra is in a hidden passage in northeastern Bilewater. GameXplore describes two ways to reach it; choose the route that matches your available station access and progress (GameXplore’s Trail’s End walkthrough, December 9, 2025).

How do you get to Shakra from Putrified Ducts?
- From Putrified Ducts Bellway Station, go down through the large chamber on the left.
- At the bottom, continue left. Break through the walls if needed, then drop into Bilewater.
- Glide to the highest path on the right and cross the area where you fought Groal the Great.
- Enter the large room to the east and interact with the ring on the ground to track Shakra.
- Pogo across the poison blobs to the upper-right exit. Continue through the waterfalls to reach the hidden passage.
How do you get to Shakra from Bilewater Bellway?
- From Bilewater Bellway Station, enter the large chamber to the east and take its upper-right exit.
- In the next vertical chamber, leave through the upper-left exit and climb.
- Take the next exit to the right, then continue east to a large room.
- Platform toward the room’s upper-right corner to find the secret passage behind the waterfall.
How do you finish the Wish, and what is the reward?
At Shakra’s location, use Needolin when the game prompts you. Completing the encounter awards the Throwing Ring, a bouncing throwable tool. GameXplore reports that its carry limit is 10.

Does Trail’s End unlock Act 3?
Trail’s End is listed among the Wishes required for Silk and Soul, which is associated with Act 3, according to PC Gamer’s Silksong Wishes guide (September 30, 2025). Completing this one Wish does not by itself establish that Act 3 unlocks or that every ending requirement is met.
