The “Bunguraiders” war was a streamer-led roleplay conflict inside ARC Raiders, not an official game mode or faction war. It centered on TheBurntPeanut’s Bungulators and HutchMF’s FMF community; after a planned Spaceport gathering on November 22, 2025, reports said TheBurntPeanut declared the Bungulators victorious and the feud over.
What were the Bungulators and Bunguraiders?
“Bungulators” referred to the community rallying around streamer TheBurntPeanut. “Bunguraiders” was used for the broader conflict and its participants, rather than the name of an in-game faction. HutchMF’s community, the FMF, became the Bungulators’ main rival. The labels described a player- and creator-driven story, not teams selected through an official menu or factions recognized by developer Embark.
For players asking “Is there a war going on?!?!,” the short answer was yes as a social event, but no as a developer-run battle. The game did not enforce faction membership, borders, or a territorial contest. Insider Gaming’s November 23, 2025 account and All Things How’s event explainer describe it as a community conflict rather than a formal feature.
How did the feud start?
Gaming coverage traced the spark to an encounter in which HutchMF was downed and finished by another player after reportedly asking for mercy. The attacker was said to have invoked “For the Bungulators,” tying the kill to TheBurntPeanut’s persona. Hutch then made a public declaration; Dexerto reproduced his post as “THIS MEANS WAR!!” The account turned a routine in-game fight into a rallying point for both creator communities. These details are reported by outlets, not established as game lore or a developer-verified event record. Dexerto’s account covers the reported exchange.

Who were the sides?
Coverage at the time associated several creators with each camp. These were reported alignments for the event, not official rosters or necessarily lasting affiliations.
| Community or role | Creator association | Reported in-game signal |
|---|---|---|
| Bungulators | TheBurntPeanut; reports also listed Myth, summit1g, Cloakzy, RNGingy, Shroud and Ninja among those aligned with this side. | Red Striker-style gear combinations were described as a signal. |
| FMF / HutchMF’s side | HutchMF; reports also listed TimTheTatman, Nadeshot, Symfuhny and NICKMERCS. | A Torpedo setup was reported as an informal look. |
| xQc’s group | Some coverage described xQc as separate or neutral, while other accounts included him in the broader story. | A blue Origin look was reported. |
Names and outfit descriptions vary by account, and participation in the wider story does not necessarily mean a creator joined a permanent team. Insider Gaming and Dexerto reported the creator alignments.

How did players show allegiance in game?
Players used cosmetic combinations and colors as informal signals. Coverage associated the Bungulators with red Striker gear—often described with a bag, gas mask, helmet, and padding—and HutchMF’s side with a Torpedo look. A blue Origin outfit was associated with xQc’s group. These were player-adopted visual cues, not uniforms supplied or required by the game; accounts differ on the exact combinations. All Things How describes the reported looks.
The roleplay also used an informal north/south division of the map and references to gathering, looting, and extraction locations. Those conventions did not create faction territory. Matchmaking did not guarantee that opposing players would enter the same instance, so any coordinated encounter depended on the circumstances of separate matches rather than a faction playlist or enforced battle rules. Insider Gaming’s coverage discusses the limits of coordinating such encounters.

What happened at the Spaceport showdown?
The advertised gathering was scheduled for Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET (November 23 at 1 a.m. GMT). That was the event’s announced time, not an upcoming schedule. Subsequent coverage reported that TheBurntPeanut declared a sweeping Bungulator victory and that the conflict ended. This was the community’s stated outcome, not an official game verdict from Embark. PC Gamer’s November 25 report describes the declaration, while Esports Insider’s November 30 recap looks back at the event.

It could affect how participants interpreted an outfit or behaved around an extraction point: a coordinated color scheme might be read as an invitation to join a side or as a sign of an opposing group. But regular extraction gameplay and game rules remained in place, and not every player was part of the roleplay. The event was a temporary community story played within the game, not a persistent mechanic or a universal change to every raid. Esports Insider’s event recap describes encounters involving groups in coordinated colors.
