The Grow a Garden Admin War was a limited-time Roblox event held on August 23, 2025, and it is over. Retrospectives describe it as a player-count contest between Grow a Garden and Steal a Brainrot. Community accounts list Green Bean pets, Gold Beanstalk Seeds, and other items as rewards, but the exact start time and complete eligibility rules were not consistently documented.
What was the Grow a Garden Admin War?
The event listing used the title “⚔️ADMIN WAR⚔️”; fan sources also call it the Admin Abuse War. Grow a Garden Pro and the Grow a Garden community wiki describe a contest between Grow a Garden and Steal a Brainrot, hosted by developers Jandel and SpyderSammy, with concurrent player counts as the measure. The wiki characterizes it as a post-update event following an extension of the Beanstalk Event and says it lasted about 90 minutes. These details come from third-party retrospectives, not a verified primary post-event account. Grow a Garden Pro’s event overview and the Grow a Garden community wiki retrospective describe the event.
The community wiki reports peaks of 23,375,000 concurrent players for Grow a Garden and 20,619,000 for Steal a Brainrot. Those are figures reported by the wiki, not independently verified official counts. The accessible Roblox event listing displayed the event title but did not expose its description, so it does not independently confirm the mechanics or results.
When did it start?
The date, August 23, 2025, is more consistently reported than the local start time. Published times conflict: Grow a Garden Pro’s overview says 3:00 PM EST and 8:00 PM UTC, while its time-zone table gives 10:00 AM EDT and 7:00 AM PDT. A Reddit post quotes a purported Discord announcement that says 10:00 AM EST. Because the accounts do not align—and the original Discord announcement could not be checked directly—there is no reliable single local start time to give. The Reddit post reproducing the purported announcement should be treated as a repost, not primary confirmation.

Did players need the Green Bean outfit?
Fan event coverage described wearing the Team Green Bean outfit during the event as the condition for a special reward. The outfit was reportedly free: players could obtain it by speaking with the Elder NPC in-game or through a Team Green Bean Roblox link. A Reddit post attributed to the game’s Discord likewise tells players to be in-game dressed as a green bean, but the original announcement was not directly available to verify. The condition is therefore reported guidance, not independently confirmed proof of how every account’s reward eligibility was determined.
What rewards were reported?
The Grow a Garden community wiki gives the clearest sequence of reported items. It separates equipment given before the event from rewards during it and items reported for players who stayed afterward. This is a community account, not a guaranteed or complete inventory for every participant.

| When, according to the community wiki | Reported items |
|---|---|
| Before the event | Beanworks and Bean Speaker gear for players wearing Elder Bean’s clothes |
| During the event | Two Green Bean pets and three Gold Beanstalk Seeds |
| For players who stayed after the first admin event | A Chicken Zombie, a grilled moonlit owl cosmetic, and three additional Gold Beanstalks |
Grow a Garden Pro’s event page lists a broader set of possible event rewards: Lemon Lion pets, an Admin Cosmetic, Bean Speaker and Beanworks gear, Peach Wasp and Apple Gazelle pets, Green Bean pets, and Golden Beanstalk crops. It does not clearly connect every item to a specific trigger or establish that all participants received them. Keep that list distinct from the wiki’s staged account rather than treating the two pages as one verified reward table. Grow a Garden Pro’s reward list is a fan-source listing.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Can you still attend or claim the rewards?
No. The event took place on August 23, 2025, so it is not an upcoming event to attend. The available accounts describe rewards tied to participation at the time; they do not establish a current way to claim those historical event items. A Roblox listing title alone does not verify that a claim window remains open.
