Helldivers 2 capes are cosmetic items, not armor perks. The latest officially announced additions are four Warbond capes: Standard of Rapid Evacuation and Shroud of The Juggernaut in Ironclad Democracy, plus Camo Cloak and City Fighter’s Resolve in Castellan’s Creed. A community index lists 92 entries, but that total and a complete cape-by-cape unlock list are not independently verified here; check the in-game inventory for the current catalog.

How to get capes in Helldivers 2
Warbond progression
Warbond capes are earned by progressing through the relevant Warbond and redeeming content with medals. The Castellan’s Creed announcement states that its Legendary Warbond costs 1,500 Super Credits; the credits can be found in-game or purchased separately, and its items are redeemed with earned medals. It also notes that the base game and game progression are required. The Ironclad Democracy announcement likewise says access requires the base game, Super Credits, and progression. Neither announcement establishes the medal cost of each listed cape, so check its in-game Warbond page before spending.
Superstore purchases
The Superstore is another route for cape cosmetics, with purchases using Super Credits. Its stock rotates, so an item’s appearance in a catalog or past listing does not establish that it is available today. Check the in-game Superstore for current stock and the price shown there; a reliable current cape-by-cape price list is not established here.

Events and other rewards
Some community catalog entries may have routes other than Warbonds or the Superstore. The available official information does not verify a complete set of event or reward unlocks, so confirm a specific cape’s source in-game rather than assuming an old event reward is currently obtainable.
Is there a complete list of every cape?
The Helldivers Wiki search result describes its cape category as a 92-entry index, and Divers.gg also displays a named cape index. The wiki category could not be independently checked, so 92 should be treated as a provisional catalog count, not a definitive current total. New releases and rotating shop stock can change what players see. Use the in-game inventory and relevant Warbond or store pages to confirm the current set and each unlock route.

Do capes affect gameplay?
No gameplay advantage is established for these capes: official descriptions present them as cosmetics, while mechanical effects belong to equipment such as armor and boosters. The Standard of Rapid Evacuation’s official flavor text describes its design and theme; it is not a claim that the shortened hem changes vehicle handling or combat performance.
