Spoilers ahead. Scary Shawarma Kiosk endings are reported to depend on your shift mistakes, rule-breaking, and choices during special encounters. The most consistently described routes are Perfect Shift, Unstable, Neutralized, Silence, Erased, and Narrator; a Valentine’s event adds the Cupidon ending when available. Guides disagree about the complete route count and some triggers, so treat the detailed conditions below as guide-reported rather than official rules.
How the endings are determined
Most guides sort endings into three broad types: shift-performance outcomes, routes triggered by breaking a specific rule, and special anomaly or event outcomes. A clean shift is the goal for Perfect Shift, while Silence and Erased require deliberate risky choices. Narrator and Cupidon depend on encounters rather than simply accumulating errors.
No official developer guide was verified for these conditions. TechWiser’s guide, updated February 14, 2026, describes six principal routes and a separate seasonal event; other guides list five or group outcomes into three categories. An unofficial guide also includes a Prison route. The current canonical total and availability of every route are not established.

The exact error thresholds are guide-reported and may differ by game version. TechWiser also says an Internal Control power-up can clear earlier mistakes; check its in-game description and availability before relying on it.

How to trigger the Silence ending
This route is tied to the Smiling Man’s parcel. The reported trigger is to take the package and open it instead of storing it under the counter. Guides describe the result as teleportation to a dark world with a green sky and floating figures, followed by a giant mouth consuming the player. This is a deliberately unsafe choice, not a clean-shift objective.
How to trigger the Erased ending
During the Inspection, reported to happen around 2 AM, go to the back room and face away as instructed. Looking back toward the kiosk or Inspector is reported to trigger Erased. The described aftermath includes an unauthorized-presence notice and a conveyor-belt or meat-grinder scene. Both the approximate timing and trigger come from unofficial guides, not a verified developer source.

Narrator endings and deceptive advice
The Narrator is described as an anomaly that comments on your actions like a storyteller and suggests what you should do. Its instructions may be deceptive: TechWiser gives closing the shutter on an ordinary customer as an example of a choice that can lead to danger. Choices during this encounter are said to produce variable Narrator outcomes, so do not assume the apparent recommendation is safe. A December 2025 video description timestamps three Narrator endings, but that older listing does not establish the route inventory in the current game.
Cupidon: the Valentine’s event route
Cupidon is described as a seasonal Valentine’s route, not an ending guaranteed to be available in every version or at every time. In the reported event, a sad customer says a friend has blocked him. Give him two shawarmas, then follow the Cupidon event and look for a heart in an electrical junction box behind the kiosk. The guide says finding it rewards a special Valentine’s ending. Availability may depend on the event or an update.

Other routes reported by guides
An unofficial guide also describes a Prison Ending tied to repeated false 911 calls and lists an Ocean Ending among special route attempts. These routes are not included in TechWiser’s later-updated overview, and the other guides do not establish a consistent, independently confirmed trigger set. Treat them as additional reports rather than guaranteed entries in a definitive list.

Guide inventories differ in both count and naming. TechWiser reports six principal endings plus Cupidon as an event route; another guide says there are five, while Freedom251 groups outcomes into Normal, Bad, and Secret categories without giving a matching universal inventory. The unofficial fan guide includes Prison and Ocean, which other lists omit. Seasonal availability, game updates, and different ways of classifying outcomes may explain some of the discrepancy, but the sources do not resolve it.
