Summer 2024’s gaming showcases were spread across late May, June, July and August, with the busiest stretch running from May 30 to June 20. The main cluster was June 7–10: Summer Game Fest and several adjacent shows, followed by Xbox, PC Gaming Show and Ubisoft Forward. This is a guide to notable announced events, not a complete list of every gaming broadcast worldwide.
Times below preserve the Pacific Time (PT) and Eastern Time (ET) pairs printed in Game Informer’s schedule when available. Check the event’s official channel for viewing details and your local time; two pairs are reproduced as printed despite unusual conversions.
What the summer 2024 showcase season included
The calendar mixed publisher presentations with independent-game showcases, genre-focused broadcasts, and press or community events. That meant there was no single conference to follow: viewers could choose broad industry announcements, specific publishers, or a particular scene such as accessibility-focused games, cozy games, Latin American creators, VR and AR, or PC releases.
The schedule below draws on Game Informer’s contemporaneous calendar, published May 8, 2024, and GameSpot’s post-event coverage. It is organized chronologically and should be read as a guide to notable events rather than an exhaustive global inventory.
#1 Best Overall
- [CHOOSE YOUR THEME] Select "Birthday Pink" for elegant glitter party passes perfect for girls, spas, and red-carpet events, OR choose the "Hunter/Gamer" editions for immersive dark anime and system level-up themes.
- [PREMIUM ENVELOPES] Stand out from generic white envelopes. Our Movie/Gamer sets include 20 Luxurious Black Envelopes with Gold Borders, while the Birthday Pink set features 20 Creative "Open-Window" Sleeves that elegantly reveal the inner ticket.
- [HEAVYWEIGHT QUALITY] Both styles are crafted from 250g matte cardstock designed for a premium feel and easy writing. The thick paper prevents bending, and the non-glossy finish ensures your handwritten event details dry instantly without smudging.
- [STUNNING VISUAL EFFECTS] Elevate your invitations with style-specific details. The Birthday edition features real Hot Stamping Gold Foil text for a luxury shimmer, whereas the Gamer and Movie editions utilize high-definition printing to simulate glowing neon lights.
- [COMPLETE PARTY KIT] Every set includes 20 Invitation Tickets and 20 Matching Envelopes or Sleeves. Perfectly sized to fit in pockets or wallets like real event passes, making them ideal for kids, teens, and adults hosting any themed celebration.

How to use the times in this calendar
- The PT/ET pairs follow Game Informer’s 2024 schedule when it supplied both. The Women-Led Games Showcase and Yacht Club Games Presents pairs are preserved as printed because they do not match the usual three-hour difference.
- For Xbox’s June 9 event, Xbox Wire also listed regional equivalents for BST, CET, JST and AEST and named official channels. Check its announcement for those details rather than converting the schedule yourself.
- Dates and times describe the 2024 broadcasts, not recurring annual dates. Confirm an event’s own channel for its recording or any later availability.
