For the version 5.0 snapshot, the two supported Kinich team options are Kinich / Bennett / Xiangling / Furina for Burning and Vaporize (Burn-Vape), and Kinich / Bennett / Xiangling / Emilie for Burning. This ranking is editorial: it orders the two documented archetypes by how clearly their roles and reaction plans are established, not by a measured damage comparison.
How the version 5.0 ranking works
Both lineups were identified in contemporaneous version 5.0 team recommendations. The available sources do not provide comparable damage calculations or controlled tests, so neither team can responsibly be called the stronger damage option on this evidence. The order below is a practical guide to the documented team plans, not a DPS tier list.
Ranked Kinich teams for version 5.0
1. Kinich / Bennett / Xiangling / Furina — Burning and Vaporize (Burn-Vape)
A version 5.0 rotation post names this four-character lineup, and a contemporary visual guide labels it as a Burning and Vaporize composition. Kinich is the on-field Dendro damage dealer; Bennett and Xiangling are shared with the second lineup, while Furina is the defining fourth character in this reaction plan. Choose this archetype if you want the documented Burn-Vape option and have Furina available.

2. Kinich / Bennett / Xiangling / Emilie — Burning
The version 5.0 visual guide lists this lineup as its Burning composition. It keeps Bennett and Xiangling while using Emilie as the fourth character, making it the documented choice when you want the Burning archetype rather than the Burn-Vape setup.

Which lineup should you choose?
| Team | Reaction plan | Choose it when | What the evidence establishes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kinich / Bennett / Xiangling / Furina | Burning and Vaporize (Burn-Vape) | You own Furina and want the listed Burn-Vape option. | A version 5.0 rotation post and visual guide identify the lineup; no measured damage advantage is established. |
| Kinich / Bennett / Xiangling / Emilie | Burning | You own Emilie and want the listed Burning composition. | A version 5.0 visual guide identifies the lineup; no measured damage advantage is established. |
In either case, Kinich occupies the on-field damage role. A later Icy Veins guide explains that Burning matters to his enhanced Elemental Skill loop and recommends Pyro application to maintain Burning uptime. That is mechanics context from a guide updated through version 6.3, not proof of a 5.0 damage ranking.

Team recommendations change as the game adds characters and guides are updated. Icy Veins’ Kinich guide was updated on March 2, 2026, with a changelog through version 6.3; it discusses additional Pyro choices, including Dehya, Thoma, and Pyro Traveler, as well as other team options. Those later alternatives should not be mistaken for the two documented version 5.0 recommendations.
