Power Cables are Rare recyclable loot in ARC Raiders. The best reported place to search is Dam Battlegrounds, especially the Field Depot east of Power Generation Complex. Keep three for the Gear Bench 2 upgrade if you have not built it yet; surplus cables can be recycled into Wires or sold for their listed value.
Where to find Power Cables
Power Cables are associated with Electrical, Residential, and Commercial loot categories. Those labels help narrow a search; they do not guarantee a cable will appear in a particular container. Loot varies between raids, and no official spawn rates are available.
Dam Battlegrounds: the strongest reported route
A guide updated July 19, 2026, identifies the Field Depot east of Power Generation Complex as its top recommendation. Check the computer desk and drawers. The same guide suggests searching sheds and small structures around Power Generation Complex, the Field Depot between the Water Towers and Electrical Substation, and the Testing Annex and Electrical Tower area. A separate guide also recommends lower areas of Power Generation Complex and Field Depots, including computer screens, consoles, and machines. It reports another possible location in the upper apartments at Grandioso Apartments in Buried City. Source: Destructoid

Recycle or salvage surplus for Wires
For each cable, recycling it at Speranza yields 4 Wires. Salvaging it in a raid yields 3 Wires. The listed coin value is 1,000 per cable, so the choice depends on whether you need Wires more than the sale value and whether you prefer the convenience of in-raid salvage over the extra Wire from recycling at Speranza.
