How to craft the Bobcat
According to the wiki, crafting Bobcat I requires a learned Bobcat Blueprint and Gunsmith level 3. The listed recipe is:
- 1 Magnetic Accelerator
- 3 Light Gun Parts
- 2 Exodus Modules
The wiki lists Gunsmith level 1 for upgrading the weapon after crafting. Since crafting requirements and material costs can change, verify the current recipe in-game before spending resources.

What changes with Bobcat upgrades?
The wiki describes tiers II through IV as progressively improving several handling and durability properties. The item page lists reduced maximum shot dispersion, reduced horizontal recoil, shorter reload time, and increased durability as the upgrade gains. It does not establish how those differences translate into a controlled in-game performance ranking; consult the live item page for current tier values and costs.
Is the Bobcat effective against ARC?
The Bobcat page rates its ARC armor penetration as “Very Weak,” and the Light Ammo page says that ammunition commonly struggles against ARC armor. That supports caution when choosing it to deal with armored ARC, but the available entries do not provide controlled matchup tests, exact kill times, or a universal effectiveness verdict. This limitation is about ARC armor; the listed values alone do not establish how the gun performs against other Raiders or in particular encounters.
