How the 31 Campaign Intel collectibles are divided
Campaign Intel has two categories: mission artifacts in the linear campaign, and documents in the Avalon Endgame open world. The total of 31—11 artifacts and 20 documents—is reported by PowerPyx’s November 2025 guide. (PowerPyx)
Endgame unlocks after completing the first 11 co-op campaign missions, according to Activision’s official guide. (Official Endgame guide) You need access to Black Ops 7 to follow these locations.
All 11 mission artifact locations
There is one artifact in each linear mission. The names below are the in-game Intel entries; routes are summarized from PowerPyx and cross-checked against Gameranx. Exposure — Becoming the Monster
After escaping the facility, reach the village and inspect the covered well near the start of the area. The well is up the slope near the giant machete landmark.
Inside — The Truth
In the grotto, after descending to meet Karma, inspect the body bag on the ground immediately to her right.
Distortion — Family Ties
Near the end of the mission, after the boat rises through the blood-filled area, reach the container encounter. Before opening the container, grapple behind it to the farther platform, then grapple to the ledge. The dog tag is on a knife in the wall, before the boss encounter.

Escalation — Cost of Business
After the sniper boss, enter the uphill building and reach the room with the access-card terminal objective. Search the small side office and the robot on the floor. Gameranx places the item by a desk beside a computer in the west server building; use the objective and room landmarks to orient yourself.
Disruption — Best Laid Plans
After crashing the boat or yacht into the Forge area and dropping through the roof, go upstairs. Search the corner consoles or cabinet in the upper room for the PDA-like collectible.
Collapse — Heavy is the Head
At the Colosseum, circle around to the northern or northeastern outer ruins and climb to the upper level. Find the collectible beside a broken pillar; PowerPyx describes a stone head on the floor.

Fracture — Team Bond
After the first portal and the early highway stretch, pass the first ammo crate and continue to the red semi-truck beneath the “Find Yourself” sign. Enter its trailer and check the back corner for the pin.
Quarantine — “Case”
In the skyscraper where Dr. Falkner is found, reach the roof or top floor. Go through the door near the piano, climb the stairs to the conference room, and inspect the table for the vial.
Suppression — Lake Time
At Mason’s childhood home or cabin, go upstairs into the room on the right. The fishing rod in the corner is the Intel.

Breakpoint — Trigger Finger
At the waterside Cradle shipment objective, head north from the objective crates and descend to the road. Search the second level of the white containers near the bridge, between the darker boxes.
Containment — Face the Nightmare
During the Kagan/mech boss fight, move to the outer arena near the white boxes. Climb onto the sloped box and enter the open crate behind it to find the canister.

Zone 1
- Guild History — Original Founder: At the Car Factory, enter the north L-shaped building, go upstairs, and check the table in the southeast room.
- Avalon Security — We’re Here for You: In Cliff Town, check the desk in the southwest building section above the road.
Zone 2
- Guild History — Whistleblowers: In the Colosseum underground, check the table between two chairs overlooking the boxing ring.
- Cradle Report — Initial Tests: At the Heliport, go to the rooftop air-traffic/controller tower and inspect the console on its south side.
- Guild Report — Mike Harper: Northeast of Chop Shop, climb the radio tower on the hill.
- Civilian Letter — Blake: In the Pier District, climb the scaffolding to the upper floor of the building with the central opening. The document is in a box beside the bed.
- Cradle Report — Mid-Level Tests: Southeast of Listening Post, find the desk on the upper floor of a green building.
Zone 3
- Avalon Security — Lockdown: At Coastal Security, enter the tower with boarded windows atop the main building and inspect the table.
- Guild History — Evolution of Vision: Southwest of Trinity Stadium, check the upper-floor bedroom in the middle house.
- Guild Report — David Mason: On the boat in the water southwest of High Town, check the chair on its second level.
- Civilian Letter — Rex: At the south end of High Town, check the table in the east ground-floor room of the final building.
- Guild History — Catalyst for Change: In the High Town skyscraper, use the ziplines to reach the roof, then descend one level and check the boardroom table.
- Cradle Report — Advanced Tests: At the boat on the east end of the docks southeast of Casino, check the rear.
- Civilian Letter — Mateo: South of Golf Club, check the bookshelf in the bedroom of the middle house in the group.
- Avalon Security — Military Protection: North of Golf Club, search the second-floor bedroom in the southern house of the group.
- Civilian Letter — Nuha: Northwest of Winery, go beyond the winery field to the houses and check a second-floor desk.
- Guild Report — Leilani Tupuola: In the buildings between Resorts and Winery near the Zone 2/3 border, check the dresser on the top floor.
Zone 4
- Guild Report — Eric Samuels: In the Low Town cathedral, reach the left balcony and inspect the desk in the room at its end.
- Cradle Report — Early Tests: In Low Town’s larger building, go upstairs, turn left, then right to find a second-floor desk.
- Restricted Access: At the Fort armoury, enter through the doorway marked “armurerie” and check the room immediately to the right.
Tracking progress and collecting anything you missed
Activision describes a unified Career menu for progression and identifies Campaign Intel in the Intel menu as Documents and Artifacts. PowerPyx gives the more specific route as Career > Campaign Intel > Missions / Endgame. Menu wording may vary with updates or localization. (Official progression guide; PowerPyx)
PowerPyx reports that mission artifacts can be collected through mission select after finishing the story and that pickup saves immediately. These are guide-reported behaviors; the cited walkthroughs were published in November 2025, and later patch, platform, or localization changes have not been independently verified. (PowerPyx)
