How to treat an ailment at Evercare Clinic
- Travel to Evercare Clinic in Qinghe, north of Moonveil Mountain and south of Blissful Retreat.
- Speak with Yao Yaoyao and select the condition or conditions you want treated.
- Review the displayed fee, then confirm the treatment. The guide’s estimate is roughly 10,000 Zhou Coins for a full treatment, not a guaranteed or fixed price; use the in-game prompt as the current amount. (All Things How)
- Activate the nearby Boundary Stone if you expect to return, so you can travel back more quickly.
Check the ailment and self-heal option first
Open Develop, select Details under your current build, then switch to Constitution. The ailment entry identifies the affected body category, whether self-healing is possible, and the effect on your stats. If the entry says Self-Heal Possible, the condition may clear with time or after a particular action. For example, contact with water is given as one action that can help a mental condition. The action and recovery time depend on the ailment, so reopen Constitution afterward and confirm that its entry has cleared rather than assuming it worked.

Ask a player Doctor
A player with the Doctor/Healing Career can treat another character through a treatment activity. You must be online, and the healer has to be available and accept the request. This career treatment is for other players; it does not provide self-treatment. (All Things How)
What a sprain affects
A sprain is a Muscle-type ailment that can reduce Endurance recovery. Check its individual Constitution entry for the actual stat effect; there is no established universal penalty percentage or fixed recovery time.
