The published Fire-Pal totals disagree: PalProof reports 44 roster entries for Palworld v1.0.3, checked on August 25, 2026, while Palworld Database lists 43 entries in a guide updated August 20, 2026. Neither count is established here as an official total, and the available evidence does not expose a complete, verified name-by-name roster. Use the in-game Palpedia to confirm every current entry rather than treating either third-party count as definitive.
Why published Fire-Pal counts differ
PalProof describes its list as 44 entries from the Palworld v1.0.3 data set and says it was verified on August 25, 2026 (PalProof’s Fire-type list). A separate Palworld Database guide, updated August 20, 2026, gives a total of 43 (Palworld Database’s Fire-type guide). These are third-party roster counts, not a confirmed official statistic; the sources may differ in coverage or counting rules.
There is not enough verified name-by-name information here to responsibly print a complete roster. A partial search excerpt surfaced examples including Arsox and Blazamut, but it does not validate all entries, spellings, Paldeck numbers, or forms. Listing 44 names from that evidence would risk inventing or mislabeling Pals.
What counts as a Fire Pal?
Fire is an element category, but a Pal can have more than one element. The Palworld Wiki’s Fire page identifies the category and includes examples such as Foxparks and Arsox (Palworld Wiki: Fire). A roster should therefore include Pals with Fire as either their sole element or one of their elements, and display any secondary element rather than implying that every listed Pal is Fire-only.

Named variants also affect the total. The Paldeck reference labeled v1.0.2 lists variant forms with their own element combinations (Paldeck reference). A count can change depending on whether it treats a variant as a separate roster entry. Check the exact form name and element pairing in the game rather than assuming a variant shares its base form’s typing.
How to verify the current roster in Palworld
- Open the Palpedia in-game. It is the game’s Pal index, and the most useful final check against the roster available in your installed version (Palworld Wiki: Palpedia).
- Check the element information for each candidate. Include a Pal if Fire appears among its elements, even when it also has a secondary element.
- Record variants as shown. Preserve the displayed form name and its element combination; do not silently merge a named variant into its base form.
- Use a version label when sharing a count. The game roster can change, so a total without a version or date may not match another player’s list.
Fire-Pal equipment examples are in-game unlocks
Official Palworld server technology documentation, version 1.0.4, includes technology unlocks associated with Fire Pals. Examples include Foxparks’ Harness, the Pyrin Saddle, the Jormuntide Ignis Saddle, and the Blazamut Saddle (Palworld server technology catalog). These are in-game technology entries and do not establish a complete roster or a comparative ranking of the Pals.

What the available lists can—and cannot—settle
- They establish that counts differ: the cited third-party lists report 44 entries for v1.0.3 and 43 entries in a guide updated five days earlier.
- They do not establish one official total: the supplied evidence contains no complete first-party roster, and does not fully reconcile whether the difference comes from variants, coverage, or another counting rule.
- They do not support a full location or strength guide: acquisition locations, levels, combat rankings, work suitability, and partner utility have not been verified comprehensively here.
