Yes. Test Drive: Eve of Destruction is the strongest pick if you want dedicated demolition events on PS2; it was released in Europe as Driven to Destruction. Destruction Derby Arenas is the direct series choice, while FlatOut 2 is a broader crash racer with derby modes alongside regular races and stunts.

Which one should you choose?
Test Drive: Eve of Destruction / Driven to Destruction: best for actual derby events
This is the first one to look for if the main attraction is smashing opponents rather than simply racing with damage. GameSpot’s Alex Navarro described a roster ranging from no-rules races to school-bus and trailer races, and specifically noted smash-everyone derby events where the last car running wins. A game-details listing reproduced by Metacritic names 25 events, including Demo Derby; that listing does not state the original publication year for the figure.
There is a trade-off: Navarro’s August 27, 2004 review also called out sluggish racing and limited depth beyond offline multiplayer and a somewhat taxing career mode. Destruction Derby Arenas: best for the series name and arena action
Sony’s PlayStation 2 page describes a mix of race-to-the-finish competition and arena destruction. It identifies Studio 33 as developer and SCEE as publisher, and lists split-screen play for one or two players. The page also describes online modes, but that does not establish that the legacy PS2 online service is usable today.

Reception was mixed: Metacritic’s PS2 critic page showed a 57 metascore from 27 critic reviews when accessed in 2026. That is an aggregate of critic reviews, not a timeless verdict; the page includes both criticism of limited modes and the points system, and praise for solid gameplay and enjoyable courses in the right circumstances. FlatOut 2: best for a larger crash-racing package
FlatOut 2 includes demolition derby and figure-eight modes, but it also ranges into standard racing and stunt events. Its PS2 manual’s Single Event option lists Destruction Derby Arenas, dirt tracks, and ovals. Pick it if you want crashing to be part of a varied racing game, rather than the main focus of nearly every event. Read GameSpot’s review; consult the PS2 manual.
