What changed in the Bird City schedule?
GamesRadar reported on February 3, 2026, that Bird City had increased from three to nine daily one-hour slots in the schedule it checked. Embark community lead Ossen said on Discord that the team had increased the condition’s frequency and intended to keep revising schedules so players in all time zones could get a chance to play. The nine-slot count describes the schedule reported that day, not a standing guarantee.
The change concerned when Bird City appeared, not a new map or a separate matchmaking mode. Embark describes it as a map condition for Buried City.
What is Bird City in ARC Raiders?
Embark’s Headwinds Patch Notes 1.13.0, published January 27, 2026, describe Bird City as a permanent map condition applied only to Buried City and cycling in and out of rotation weekly. “Permanent” means it is part of the game’s recurring condition rotation; it does not mean Bird City is always active.

When is Bird City active now?
The February 2026 window times are historical and should not be used to predict the next appearance. As of October 7, 2026, the official material cited here confirms Bird City’s weekly rotation but does not publish a live timetable. Embark’s September 8, 2026 Live Update 1.45.0 mentions community-designed ducks appearing in Bird City, but gives no rotation schedule.
To find the next window, check the current in-game schedule. A third-party schedule tracker may also help, but confirm its times against the game because the rotation can change.
