Yes, if you mean another World of Warcraft account under the same Battle.net account; no, if you mean a separate Battle.net account. Blizzard’s paid Character Transfer service supports eligible moves to a different WoW account, but explicitly says a character cannot be transferred between Battle.net accounts. First confirm which kind of account you mean.
WoW account vs. Battle.net account: what can move?
A Battle.net account can contain more than one World of Warcraft account. Blizzard’s paid Character Transfer service can move an eligible character to a different WoW account, but it cannot move one to a separate Battle.net account. Blizzard states both rules in its Character Transfer Information and Restrictions.
- Another WoW account on the same Battle.net account: A paid transfer may be available, subject to the character, account, and game-version restrictions below.
- Another Battle.net account: The transfer is not possible under Blizzard’s stated rules.
The service is purchased through the World of Warcraft in-game shop. The current price is not established here; check the shop for the price in your region before buying.
Can you transfer a character in WoW Classic?
Classic transfer rules differ from Modern WoW. Blizzard says characters cannot transfer between World of Warcraft, WoW Classic Era, and WoW Classic Progression. Classic Progression characters also cannot move to another WoW account or Battle.net account. The paid transfer service is unavailable for WoW Classic Era realms, including Season of Discovery, Hardcore, and Anniversary Edition realms.

What changes when the character moves?
- Name: A transfer to another WoW account requires choosing a new name. The old name is reserved on the source account for 30 days; the destination name may also require a change.
- Guild and social lists: Guild affiliation and tabard design do not transfer. The WoW friend and ignore lists are cleared.
- Raid lockouts: These transfer with the character.
How long does a transfer take?
Blizzard says a Character Transfer can take up to 24 hours. Do not log in to the character before the transfer completes: Blizzard warns that doing so may cause the transfer to fail and lock the character. If that happens, contact Blizzard Support.

Why account sharing is not a workaround
Blizzard’s End User License Agreement says Blizzard does not recognize transfers of accounts. Buying, selling, giving away, or trading an account is prohibited and may result in account loss. Sharing credentials or handing over an account is therefore not a legitimate way to move a character.
