Yes—but only a fertilized Tek Parasaur egg can hatch into a baby Tek Parasaur. A regular egg dropped by a Tek Parasaur is used as food or a Basic Kibble ingredient; it is not the hatchable egg described by the ARK Official Community Wiki.
Which Tek Parasaur eggs can hatch?

How to hatch a fertilized Tek Parasaur egg
- Breed two Tek Parasaurs. Their mating produces the fertilized egg. Tek creatures can mate with other Tek creatures, not their normal counterparts, according to the Tek Creatures reference.
- Keep the egg within the listed temperature range. The Tek Parasaur Egg entry gives 24–28 °C (75–82 °F) as the incubation range and says the egg loses health outside it. ARK Official Community Wiki
- Let it incubate. The entry lists an incubation time of 1h 25m 42.446s. An Egg Incubator at ideal temperature can reduce incubation time by up to 20%, according to the same entry.
Why won’t my Tek Parasaur egg hatch?
- It may be an ordinary egg. Check that the egg is fertilized and came from mating; a dropped egg is not the hatchable egg described in the reference.
- The parents may not be compatible. Use two Tek Parasaurs rather than pairing a Tek creature with a normal Parasaur.
- The temperature may be outside range. The cited entry lists 24–28 °C (75–82 °F) and warns that an egg outside that range loses health.
Do the incubation figures apply to every ARK version?
The ARK Official Community Wiki lists those time and temperature figures, but the consulted entries do not establish that they are identical across ARK: Survival Evolved, ARK: Survival Ascended, every map, server setting, or mod.
