Yes. Alisa can become your romantic partner, but her route is missable: keep her questline open from your first conversation, then choose interested responses during the Fit For A Lady picnic date and its follow-up conversation. The dialogue sequence below comes from community walkthroughs rather than independently verified testing, so exact choices may be version-sensitive.
How Alisa’s romance route works
Alisa’s romance is tied to her side-quest chain, not a separate romance menu. The community wiki lists the quests as The One Percent, Farewell, Lady Alisa, My Fair Lady, Fit For A Lady, and Stone By Stone. The route can be lost early if you respond dismissively, and choices during Farewell, Lady Alisa can affect whether she leaves the Horns of the South. See the [Alisa quest overview].
Keep Alisa’s questline available
The community wiki places Alisa in Ron’s Tavern in the Village, seated to the left as you enter. Speak to her without choosing a snarky response; according to the wiki, that initial interaction can prevent her from offering The One Percent, making the route missable. Continue her quests as they appear. She later moves to the Mansion By The Beach. The location and dialogue warning are guide-reported details from the [community wiki].
Use the picnic date to set up the romance
Fit For A Lady follows My Fair Lady. Its walkthrough says to collect five wood, repair the seaside pavilion, then return to Alisa for the picnic. The date’s answers are the key romance gate: the walkthrough recommends responding in a way that shows interest and choosing the adventure story options associated with meeting Alisa and seeing a sea monster. Its listed choices include “Of course, it was meeting you, Alisa,” “I saw a sea monster,” and either “It was massive, bigger than a ship” or “It wrecked my ship.” When asked whether she would like to spend more time with you, the listed response is “Alisa, are you saying you’d like to spend more time with me?” See the [Fit For A Lady walkthrough].

According to that walkthrough, these choices lead Alisa to choose you as her lover, ask you to move in, and open Stone By Stone. This outcome is guide-reported, not a guarantee based on independent testing.
If you already chose a dismissive response
The available guides warn that a snarky first response can stop The One Percent from becoming available. If that quest never appeared, the wiki’s account suggests the romance route may already be closed for that playthrough. The sources do not establish whether reloading an earlier save is the only recovery, or whether later versions provide another way to reopen the questline.

How current are these instructions?
The independent romance guide was updated July 28, 2026, and the community wiki provides the specific quest and dialogue walkthroughs. The wiki pages were available as search excerpts but returned 403 errors when opened directly, so their details cannot be independently checked here. The independent guide also differs from the wiki on some date advice. Treat the exact dialogue choices as potentially version-sensitive; current official patch notes confirming changes to Alisa’s route were not located.
The official Steam listing confirms the game’s digital storefront page, but does not document this romance route: Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon on Steam. Awaken Realms’ FAQ is for the tabletop game, not the video game, so it does not verify these mechanics: Official tabletop FAQ, version 1.0 (April 2021).
