Yes. The Game Kitchen and Ludus Magnus Studio announced Blasphemous: The Board Game on January 21, 2025, describing it as a competitive tabletop adventure for one to four players. The announcement said its Gamefound campaign would launch on February 25, 2025; that is a past campaign date, not confirmation that the game is currently available to buy.
What kind of board game is it?
The announced game takes players on a pilgrimage through Cvstodia as penitents, the guilt-marked figures at the center of the video-game setting. The studios described a competitive adventure built around exploring locations, completing quests, developing characters and confronting a final boss. Players travel through familiar and dangerous parts of Cvstodia and solve quests before facing a final boss. How does character progression work?
The announcement names Prayers, Rosary Beads and customizable dice as tools for developing a Penitent. Dice can be configured during the journey, giving players a way to adapt their character as the adventure progresses.
