Why is my code not working?

- Make sure it has not expired. The stated deadline is October 31, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. UTC.
- Check for a service interruption. The official feed scheduled maintenance on October 8, 2026, from 6:00 to 13:00 UTC, during which players could not log in. A maintenance window can temporarily prevent redemption or mailbox access.
- Consider your server or platform. The anniversary post does not explicitly identify eligible regions, and the reported redemption instructions are for mobile. If the code is rejected, check the game’s official channel for current server guidance.
- Claim the mailbox message. Submitting a code and collecting its reward are separate steps in the reported mobile flow.
Are older codes still working?
Do not treat older codes in roundups as verified active. Pocket Gamer’s October 3, 2026 guide lists BPSRDRGN2 and BPSR4LANGS as working, but the community BP Events tracker dates both to 2025 as expired. Pocket Gamer’s list also includes older holiday and spring codes. The tracker organizes entries by region and time zone, but its table has at least one apparent status/date inconsistency, so it is useful for historical context rather than definitive live validation.
Among the sources checked, BPSR1STBDAY is the only code with an explicit future expiry in an official game announcement. That makes it the clearest code to try, not a guarantee that it will work on every server.
