Spoilers for the ending of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Blood and Wine. Yes. After the expansion’s main story, return to Geralt’s vineyard at Corvo Bianco and complete the concluding Be It Ever So Humble scene. Yennefer visits if Geralt romanced her alone in the base game; the visitor changes with your choices.
How to get Yennefer’s visit at Corvo Bianco
- Check your romance choices. The Witcher.tools quest guide says Yennefer appears if Geralt romanced Yennefer alone. Pursuing both Yennefer and Triss does not meet that condition. See the quest guide.
- Finish Blood and Wine’s main story. The visit is part of the expansion’s concluding Be It Ever So Humble scene.
- Return to Corvo Bianco. Go to Geralt’s vineyard estate in Toussaint to see which visitor your save brings.

Who visits if Yennefer does not?
The visitor depends on your story choices, so Yennefer is not guaranteed in every save.

These outcomes and conditions come from the secondary quest guide; the available sources do not establish a more detailed rule for when Dandelion appears. The scene is tied to the base-game romance and story choices, not simply to finishing the expansion.

If you finished Blood and Wine before the main story
If the base game’s main story was still unfinished when you completed Blood and Wine, the visit scene waits. Finish the main story, then return to Toussaint and Corvo Bianco. A community discussion describes this sequencing issue; the quest guide supplies the visitor conditions.

Corvo Bianco is Geralt’s vineyard estate in Toussaint, the setting introduced by the Blood and Wine expansion. CD PROJEKT RED describes the expansion as the final add-on for The Witcher 3 and presents Toussaint as its new open-world region in its developer diary. The Corvo Bianco visit is a closing story scene, rather than a character encounter available anywhere in the world.
