See the Steam store listing for the published requirements. If your system is below one or more of them, that is useful context to include in a support request; it does not prove that hardware is the cause. If you meet or exceed them, that still does not rule out a software or game issue.
3. Install available game updates
Check the game’s Steam page or update history for available updates, then let Steam finish downloading and applying them before launching again. Steam’s store search listing reports a “Bug Fix #1” update dated August 31, 2026, but the available listing does not say which bugs it addresses. It therefore does not establish that the update fixes crashes.
4. Follow Steam’s general launch troubleshooting guidance when startup fails

This is an individual report, not an official diagnosis or confirmation that the file causes crashes for other players. Do not delete or replace it, and do not download a purported replacement DLL from a third-party site.
6. Record your PC details and the steps that reproduce the crash
Before asking for help, make a short, specific report. Include:

7. Avoid risky system-wide fixes
