Activision’s October 29, 2019 loadout guide says the Gunsmith interface shows an attachment’s pros, cons, and resulting weapon-stat changes. The six displayed categories are accuracy, damage, range, fire rate, mobility, and control. Use those comparisons for the AK-47 options you have unlocked; the cited recommendations do not establish measured results for each suggested part.

Modern Warfare (2019) Gunsmith allows up to five augmentations, but you do not have to fill every slot. Consider the trade-offs that matter to your play style:
- Handling and stability: decide whether a mobility-oriented setup is worth giving up stability or control.
- Range and quick handling: compare the weapon’s displayed changes rather than assuming an attachment improves both.
- Optic or another attachment: this is a preference choice; the cited material does not identify one universally best optic.
- Magazine choice: the 5.45 x 39mm 30-Round Mags appears in dated build advice, but the available sources do not quantify its performance.
How do I unlock AK-47 attachments?
Activision Support’s October 27, 2019 progression article explains that defeating enemies earns weapon XP. Weapon levels unlock an attachment, weapon perk, or camo for that weapon, which you can equip in Gunsmith.
