Chuck E. Cheese announced a three-month Roblox collaboration with Toikido and Supersocial in September 2023. The campaign was scheduled for October through December at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations in the United States and Canada, with Chuck E. Cheese characters appearing as collectible Smashlings in Piñata Smashlings.
What the Roblox collaboration involved
The announcement described the partnership as Chuck E. Cheese’s first official integration of its characters on Roblox. Players could collect Chuck E. Cheese characters within Piñata Smashlings, a Roblox game developed by Toikido and Supersocial, according to the September 12, 2023 announcement. GamesBeat also reported the collaboration and identified Toikido and Supersocial as the game’s creators in its September 12, 2023 coverage.
The announcement framed the crossover as a way to connect the game with Chuck E. Cheese’s family entertainment venues. It did not provide details such as how many characters were collectible, how players unlocked them, or whether the content remained accessible after the campaign period.
The in-store campaign was scheduled for 2023
The three-month campaign was planned to run from October through the end of 2023 at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations in the United States and Canada. The company described special events, product sampling, character-design activities, prizes, and in-store digital signage. Two sampling weekends were specifically named: October 21–22 and November 11–12, 2023.

Chuck E. Cheese’s release said the company and its franchisees operated nearly 600 centers across 47 U.S. states and 19 foreign countries and territories. That is the company’s own figure in its 2023 announcement, not an independent count or a current location total. The release also mentioned Piñata Smashlings merchandise such as collectibles, action figures, plush, and playsets; it does not establish present-day stock or availability.

Neither the announcement nor GamesBeat’s brief report supplied campaign performance results. They do not establish player counts, sales, reach, or other measures of success, so the partnership can be described as a planned branded game-and-venue promotion but not quantified as a successful one.
