Usually, no. Roblox’s Terms say purchases of Robux and paid services are generally final and non-refundable, and unused Robux are not refunded or credited except where the Terms or applicable law provide otherwise. The right place to ask depends on what happened and which company processed the payment.
When can you get a Robux refund?
For ordinary purchases, Roblox’s general rule is that Robux and paid services are final and non-refundable. That includes unused purchased Robux. Exceptions may apply under Roblox’s Terms or the law that applies to your purchase; the public policy does not determine whether a particular case qualifies. See Roblox’s Terms of Use.

If you bought an item you dislike or deleted
Roblox says there is no general way to recover Robux after buying an item, and in-experience purchases generally are not refunded. Deleting an item or deciding you no longer want it does not, by itself, create a general refund path. If an item is malfunctioning or does not work as described, contact Roblox Support and provide the item’s name and link, your username, and a detailed explanation. An item that was moderated or removed by its creator may not qualify. See Roblox’s item-refund guidance.
What to do about an unauthorized Roblox charge
- Identify the transaction. Check the receipt or bank/card statement to confirm the exact charge, date, amount, and payment channel.
- Use the correct support route. For a credit or debit card, PayPal, or Google Play charge, contact Roblox Support promptly. Roblox’s guidance says to contact it before disputing the charge with your payment provider. For Apple/iTunes, Microsoft, PlayStation, Meta Quest, Samsung, or Amazon, contact that provider’s refund support.
- Include the relevant details. Provide the payment type, charge dates and amounts, transaction identifiers, any error message, and the Roblox username if known. Roblox’s guidance for unauthorized charges is at Unauthorized Charges & Refund Requests.
- Wait for the review before taking another route. Roblox says a payment-provider dispute can make a direct Roblox refund unavailable. Do not assume a request will be approved or resolved by a particular date.
What happens to your account and Robux?
If a related purchase is refunded, Roblox may remove the corresponding Robux from the account. Roblox also warns that unauthorized charges can put an account at risk of closure, and abuse of its refund system can lead to moderation or suspension. Is there a Robux refund deadline?
The official guidance cited here does not establish a universal refund processing time or guarantee approval. Eligibility depends on the transaction, payment channel, relevant facts, and applicable law. Roblox’s Terms mention a 48-hour rule for a separate case involving Paid Access purchased in local currency or US dollars; that is not a general Robux refund window.
