Yes—but in the unmodded game, the reported route is a quest reward, not a normal house purchase. A community answer says the main quest gives you the ducal quarters in either Mania or Dementia, depending on your ritual choice. Bliss and Crucible homes advertised as purchasable are modded additions, not established features of the base expansion.
What housing can you get in the unmodded Shivering Isles?
A community answer reports that completing the relevant main-quest ritual grants the ducal quarters associated with the side you choose: Mania or Dementia. Treat this as community guidance rather than an officially documented housing feature. The reported choice is one set of quarters, not both. Read the GameFAQs answer.
The sources cited here do not establish an ordinary vanilla purchase of a house in Bliss or Crucible. If you have encountered directions to buy one of those homes, check whether the guide is describing a mod.
Which option fits what you want?
| Option | Availability | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| Mania or Dementia ducal quarters | Reported as a main-quest reward in a community answer | Choice-dependent: the answer describes receiving the quarters associated with your ritual choice |
| Buyable Bliss house | Available through the Shivering Isles Buy A House mod | The mod listing says the home costs 10,000 gold and names Thadon as the contact; this is not a vanilla-game price or purchase route |
| Buyable Crucible house | The same mod listing names Syl as the contact for a Crucible purchase; a separate Shivering Crucible Home mod adds a player home there | Both are mod options; check the mod page for requirements and compatibility with your game version and platform |
