Yes. Being sorted into Gryffindor does not guarantee that someone will behave morally. A house label reflects ideals or reputation; what a person chooses to do is a separate matter.
What being in Gryffindor does—and does not—mean
Gryffindor membership is not a moral verdict. Even if a house is associated with particular ideals, belonging to it cannot ensure that every member lives up to them. A person can fall short of a house’s reputation or deliberately act against it.
That distinction is enough to answer the question: yes, a Gryffindor could be evil. The answer does not depend on claiming that the house itself is evil, or that its ideals endorse harmful conduct.
Does canon establish a specific evil Gryffindor?
No specific example can be established here from a checked passage in the novels or an authoritative Wizarding World source. It would therefore be misleading to name a character as proof without verifying the relevant text and context. The general answer—that a house does not determine a person’s morality—does not require a character example.

Why fan discussions are not proof of canon
Readers sometimes frame the point by saying that a Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, or Hufflepuff could be evil. That is a fan discussion expressing an interpretation, not an authoritative statement about canon. Fan-fiction passages that explicitly imagine cruel or evil Gryffindors are likewise creative treatments of the idea, not evidence of what the novels establish.
