No. Blizzard’s documented currency system does not provide a way to convert Marks of Honor into Honor Points. Blizzard removed Honor Points as a currency in the Legion pre-expansion changes; it describes Marks of Honor as being exchanged at PvP vendors for legacy weapons and armor.
What can you do with Marks of Honor?
Blizzard describes a Mark of Honor as something exchanged for legacy weapons and armor at Player vs. Player vendors. If you have Marks, look for eligible PvP vendors and their legacy items rather than an Honor Points exchange. The official description appears in Blizzard’s Wrath of the Lich King: Mounts, Pets, and More article.
Why do older guides say Marks can become Honor Points?
Some guides describe an earlier version of World of Warcraft. For example, Cynwise’s August 2009 guide advised players to “turn those Marks of Honor into Honor Points” while discussing level-80 gearing in Wrath of the Lich King. That advice belongs to the older currency system, not the one Blizzard documented after Honor Points were removed.
Blizzard’s Legion pre-expansion patch notes state: “Honor Points and Conquest Points have been removed as a currency.” The historical guide explains why conflicting instructions remain online; it does not establish a current conversion option.

Does this confirm every live-client vendor or later change?
No. Blizzard’s cited pages establish the removal of Honor Points in the Legion changes and describe Marks of Honor as a currency for legacy PvP gear. They do not catalogue every vendor in the October 2026 live client or rule out an undocumented later change. In the documented system, however, you should not expect to turn Marks of Honor into Honor Points.
