Where to look—and what remains uncertain
Look in the game’s settings for the nudity option. The available sources do not verify a current menu-by-menu path, whether the setting must be changed before loading a save, or whether its behavior differs by platform or game version. CD PROJEKT RED’s Update 2.1 accessibility information describes accessibility features but does not document this content setting, so it should not be treated as a filtering guide.

The ESRB listing covers Windows PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series. Its Xbox entry says the Xbox One version received its last patch on November 8, 2022; later patches require Xbox Series X|S. That does not establish that the nudity option behaves identically across platforms or versions.
