Not as a confirmed corpse. In Cyberpunk 2077, you can visit the place described as Johnny Silverhand’s grave during the side job Chippin’ In. The scene has V talk with Johnny there; it does not show V finding or recovering his remains.
Where is Johnny Silverhand’s alleged grave?
During Chippin’ In, V and Rogue follow leads connected to Adam Smasher and Johnny’s possessions. Grayson tells V that Johnny’s resting place is in the Badlands landfill near the oil fields. The mission then takes V to the northern oil fields for a conversation with Johnny at the spot treated as his grave. What do you find there?
You reach the alleged burial site and speak with Johnny. The guides describe no excavation, corpse, or other physical remains being found. A community reference likewise says the burial was never confirmed and Johnny’s body was never found (Northern Oil Fields).
So the distinction is important: Chippin’ In lets you locate the place identified as Johnny’s grave, but the game scene does not establish that his body is there. Calling it a confirmed body discovery goes beyond what the mission shows.

Does Cyberpunk RED’s “Black Dog” change the answer?
There is a possible continuity question involving the Cyberpunk RED story “Black Dog” and the handling of Johnny’s body. The available accounts here do not establish the story’s primary-text details or settle whether it conflicts with, adds to, or can be reconciled with Cyberpunk 2077. Treat that connection as an open lore question rather than a settled explanation.
