To meet her, switch the Dateviators off and interact with the couch. Her route goes best when you take her academic interests seriously: a community character reference warns that repeatedly calling her “dirt” early on can lead to the Hate ending, and a route guide says flirting is not her love language.
How to find Dolly
- Go to the living room.
- Switch the Dateviators off.
- Interact with the couch. Dolly emerges from beneath it.
Dolly is Dateable #21 and represents a dust bunny. The community character reference and a separate route guide both place her under the living-room couch. The character reference gives the Dateviators-off instruction.
How to approach Dolly’s route
Take her expertise seriously
Dolly is presented as an academic specializing in abiological history, dust bunny archaeology, mite morphology, and ancient text translation. Her pet is Lint Eastwood. Treating her as more than a dust-related joke fits the character context described in the character reference.
Avoid the early “dirt” mistake
The community reference cautions that repeatedly calling Dolly “dirt” during the first two or three interactions can lead to her Hate ending. That is community route guidance, not a developer-confirmed rule. A separate guide reports that Dolly says flirting is not her love language, so focus your conversations on her interests rather than using flirtation as a default route strategy. Character reference; route guide.

Dolly’s Date-a-Dex collectibles
A route guide lists four Dolly-related entries and their broad triggers. The descriptions below do not establish exact dialogue choices or guarantee that a trigger will register in every version.
| Entry | Broad trigger | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Playbunny Magazine (May issue) | Ask Dolly about her modeling | The guide associates the magazine with that conversation topic. |
| Moonlit archaeological site | Go on an expedition | Listed as an expedition artifact. |
| Dustonian cave painting | Go on an expedition | Also listed as an expedition artifact. |
| “Dolly, [sneezed]” | Sneezing | The guide calls this trigger unpredictable; it does not establish a reliable way to cause it on demand. |
These triggers come from the route guide. The sources do not confirm whether updates or platform differences change how any of them work.
