How did Meat or Treat work?
During the event, activating any dungeon Shrine could add a surprise effect to its normal effect. The outcome was uncertain: Blizzard described the possibility of unexpected riches or a dungeon run going badly, but did not enumerate the possible effects. No specific surprise or drop was guaranteed.

No claim period for these 2024 items is currently established by the event announcement. Buying Diablo IV now would not reopen the expired Shop claims or grant the past limited-time cosmetics. If you are considering the game itself, the PlayStation Store listing identifies Diablo IV Standard Edition for PS4 and PS5 and says online play is required; check that listing for current availability and edition details.
